鼓励员工把问题带到你面前共同研究。如果你的员工对本部门的发展抱有责任心,都敢于大胆提出问题,你就能在问题处于容易解决且尚未造成严重损害的阶段及时发现问题。要和与最关键部门联系最紧密的员工达成共识。
Encourage people to bring problems to you. If everyone in your area feels responsible for the area's wellbeing and no one is afraid to speak up, you will learn about problems when they are still easy to fix and haven't caused serious damage. Stay in sync with the people who are closest to the most important functions.
