每日原则:“尝尝汤的味道”
把你想象成厨师,菜出锅端给顾客前先品尝汤的味道,是不是太咸或者太淡了。管理者也要针对其所负责的每个工作结果做这样的事,或者在他们的机器中指定某人帮他们做此事。被授权这个任务的人被称为“汤味品尝者”。
Think of yourself as a chef and taste the soup before it goes out to the customers. Is it too salty or too bland? Man- agers need to do that too, or have someone in their machine do it for them, for every outcome they’re responsible for. People who are dele- gated this task are called “taste testers.”
