职责
•Handle incoming student inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
•Resolve student complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
•Provide students with program and service information
•Document and maintain student interaction records in Hubspot
•Work collaboratively with other departments and our partnered schools to resolve student issues
•Meet performance metrics, including student satisfaction ratings, response time, and resolution time
要求
•3-5 years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in education, insurance, education call center, telemarketing, or related industry.
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
•Fluent in both English and Chinese
•Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
•Familiarity with Hubspot systems and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
•Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
