不停地及时知道造作，有一天就可以摆脱造作 | 五、造作是在维持自我
但是无论是造作好还是造作坏同样都源自于欲望、源自于想要好。有时候想要自己好，有时候想要让别人看我们看起来很好，有好几种。但骨子里面，其实就是有一个我在，有那种误解——我真的存在。如果我存在的话，如果自我存在，如果我们有这样的感觉，我们要修行，就必须要做得很好，其实就是迎合自我。那个贪嗔痴，同样也是在迎合自我。因此，那个自我就被摆各种看起来很好的东西维持维护，其实骨子里一直呵护那个自我，呵护那个自我的存在。
