3MT 是一项国际公认的挑战博士生的竞赛。学生要在短短三分钟内，用通俗易懂的语言，就他们的论文及其意义发表令人信服的演讲。在 2023 年 3MT 冠军赛中，来自不同的研究领域 CMU 的博士生将上台讨论他们的论文，以获得赢得现金奖励的机会。
欢迎加入我们共同欣赏 CMU 研究展示的机会，并票选出您最喜欢的演讲。观众将可以选出两名获奖者，观众人气奖（由现场观众选出）和校友人气奖（由线上观众选出），获奖者可各自获得 500 美元。
The Carnegie Mellon University Libraries invites you to join us for the 2023 Three Minute Thesis (3MT) Championship. 
3MT is an internationally recognized competition that challenges Ph.D. students to present a compelling oration on their thesis and its significance in just three minutes, in language that anyone can understand. In the 2023 3MT Championship, CMU Ph.D. students representing a variety of research areas take to the stage to discuss their thesis for a chance to win cash prizes.
Join us for this incredible showcase of CMU research and vote for your favorite presentation—two audience-selected winners will receive $500 each for the People’s Choice Award (selected by the in-person audience) and the Alumni Choice Award (selected by the virtual audience).
