The financial services industry is known for male-dominated cultures.
A Catalyst study reports that women account for less than 17 percent of senior leaders in investment banking; in private equity, women comprise only 9 percent of senior executives and only 18 percent of total employees, according to a 2017 report by Preqin. 

Why are women so rare at the top of companies in the financial services industry? How can diversity really impact performance? Our guests will talk about the struggle they had getting there. 
What’s equally important is how can we effect change in the world when only half of it is invited or feel welcomed to participate in the conversation.
