【交通安全】“同学说，38度的酒，没多大事儿”
2022年12月25日，河北魏县。晚21:30分许，交警在夜查中查获一名酒后驾车的男子。刚开始男子不愿配合呼气检测，称自己“就喝了一点点”。其后其呼气检测结果高达311mg/100ml，涉嫌醉驾。看着如此高的结果，男子自知也无法抵赖：“要不抽我血吧。”
在去医院采血途中，在民警批评教育下有些后悔的男子承认，当晚和同学一起喝酒：“同学说，38度的酒，没多大事儿。”最终，其血检结果为211.99mg/100ml，确属醉驾。
目前，该男子因醉驾已被吊销驾驶证且五年内不得重新申领，同时因涉嫌危险驾驶罪已被刑事立案。
