JuniorCoach Job Descriptions： 
•Board members 
•President: manages internal and external affairs, clubs 
•VP of Internal Affairs: manages and promotes fundraising clubs, manages volunteers’ activity/hours on the website, manages WeChat groups 
•VP of External Affairs: manages JuniorCoach official WeChat account, volunteer promotion (both online and in person) 
•Manager of Internal Affairs: Support VP of Internal Affairs 
•Treasurer: Manage the financial assets and liabilities of JuniorCoach 
•Group Leaders: manages and promotes self-run clubs, Support VP of Internal and External affairs 
•PS: { Two VPs can recruit their own team members to assist them with their duties } 
Officer Duties and Promotion Criteria: 
  1. All JuniorCoach volunteer tutors who have opened 3 or more clubs are eligible to be promoted to Group Leaders. The selection criteria is based on the tutors’ serious and responsible attitude when starting their own clubs and the excellent feedback from students' parents. After becoming Group Leaders, they will be posted on the JuniorCoach website. 
2. Managers, Vice Presidents, Presidents, etc. will be promoted from Group Leaders.
3. The selection of Presidents, Vice Presidents and Managers of JuniorCoach is composed of three parts: one vote is proposed by the previous officers, one vote is decided by the Board Members of JuniorCoach, and the other vote is elected.
JuniorCoach has also recently launched a college application information group to provide our volunteers and parents with information about college admissions. We will also hold lectures on further education, scholarships and application experience for different majors from time to time.
