美军又去叙利亚偷油了，车队一眼望不到头……

当地时间16日，叙利亚国家通讯社（SANA）报道，美国军队明目张胆地从叙利亚东北部哈塞克省盗运石油，源源不断地运向伊拉克境内的美军基地。

叙利亚当地大量居民亲眼目睹了这些赤裸的盗窃和霸权行为，他们称：一辆辆有着美军标识的油罐车成群结队排列，一眼望不到头，一直蔓延到伊拉克境内。

本月内美军多次盗运叙利亚石油

据SANA报道，过去24小时内，美军第二次在叙利亚查泽拉地区盗采石油并转运至伊拉克美军基地。

报道援引消息人士的话说，美军在过去几天里加强了从查泽拉地区油田盗采石油的行动。从4日开始，美军转运盗采石油至伊拉克境内的

油罐车数量已达398辆

。

For the 2nd time during the last 24 hours, the US occupation has stolen a new batch of the Syrian oil from al-Jazeera fields, Syrian state news agency SANA reported on Tuesday.
It added that the US occupation intensified the operations of stealing oil from the Syrian al-Jazeera fields, as the number of tanks loaded with stolen oil since last Thursday reached 398.

当地时间16日，美国在叙利亚非法驻军继续动用65辆油罐车，满载从叙利亚东北部油田盗采的石油，通过非法过境点运往伊拉克美军基地。

这是24小时内美军第二次盗运叙利亚石油资源。在当地时间15日，美军就动用了100辆油罐车将其盗取的叙利亚石油运往伊拉克。

The US occupation forces looted Tuesday morning a convoy of 65 tankers filled with oil from Syrian al-Jazeera region, and headed towards their bases in the Iraqi territories via illegitimate al- Mahmoudiya crossing.
On Monday, the US occupation forces had brought out a convoy of 100 tankers filled with Syrian oil from Hasaka countryside to its bases in the Iraqi lands through the crossing.

此前，在当地时间13日和11日，美国已经分别动用89和144辆油罐车，沿同一非法过境点将盗采的石油运往伊拉克美军基地。

On Saturday and Thursday, a convoy of 89 and 144 tankers respectively loaded with stolen oil was sent to the US bases in Iraq through the same crossing.

据央视新闻报道，美国在叙利亚非法驻军频繁地盗运叙石油，本月已发生至少6次美军盗运叙石油事件，累计使用近500辆油罐车将石油运送至伊拉克美军基地。

叙利亚上半年石油产量

八成以上遭美军盗运

叙利亚石油和矿产资源部8月9日发表声明称，叙利亚2022年上半年的石油产量约为1450万桶，日均产量约为8.03万桶。而美军每天从叙东北部地区盗采的石油多达6.6万桶，约等于叙利亚每天石油产量的83%。

The amount of oil production during the first half of 2022 amounted to some 14.5 million barrels, with an average daily production of 80.3 thousand barrels, of which 14.2 thousand are delivered daily to refineries, while the US occupation forces and their mercenaries steal up to 66,000 barrels every single day from the fields occupied in the eastern region.

叙利亚通讯社在其报道中称，上述“偷油”事件是美国不断违反国际原则的一部分，他们参与掠夺其他国家自然资源，致使这些国家的人民忍饥挨饿。

SANA said the incident is part of America's ongoing violations of international principles and their involvement in plundering the natural resources of other nations and starving their peoples.

"Americans and their allies are targeting the Syrian oil wealth and its tankers just like pirates," Syrian Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, Bassam Tomeh, told state-run and Arabic-language al-Ikhbariyah Syria television.

除了石油，美国从叙利亚掠夺的还有粮食。

叙东北部哈塞克省是油仓，也是粮仓，叙粮食产量的六七成集中于该省。据当地媒体报道，美军曾多次走私或烧毁叙利亚小麦。

The Syrian government has long accused the United States of stealing the natural resources in Syria, such as oil, gas and wheat.

对于美军在叙利亚的“偷油”事件，7月20日中国外交部发言人汪文斌在例行记者会上应询表示，美方行为实属强盗行径；美方应立即解除对叙利亚的单边制裁，停止掠夺叙利亚国家资源。

汪文斌表示，当前，叙利亚九成人口生活在贫困线以下，三分之二人口依赖人道援助维持生计，过半人口无法得到粮食保障。美军至今仍霸占着叙利亚主要产粮区和产油区，搜刮掠夺叙利亚国家资源，令当地人道主义危机雪上加霜。有愤怒的叙利亚民众表示，

美国为利益而来，没利益就走，他们在叙利亚的存在本身就是恐怖主义的体现

。

90 percent of the Syrian population are living below the poverty line, two thirds rely on humanitarian assistance, and over half are food insecure. The US troops still occupy Syria’s principal oil fields and wheat-producing breadbasket regions. US army’s plunder of Syrian resources has aggravated the humanitarian crisis on the ground. Some angry Syrians have complained that the US came for profit and would leave when all profit is gone. They say the US presence in Syria itself is a type of terrorism.
