美俄同天表示：准备谈判
《纽约时报》报道称，当地时间8月5日，美国国务卿布林肯与俄罗斯外交部长拉夫罗夫当天分别表示，两国政府已经准备好通过特殊渠道就交换囚犯问题进行谈判。
美国篮球明星格林娜4日被俄罗斯判处9年徒刑，美国此前表示将努力与俄罗斯交涉交换被押人员问题，以期待迎回格林娜和前海军陆战队员惠兰。
