上海核酸检测有效时间计算规则调整

根据国务院应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情联防联控机制综合组发布的《关于进一步推动新冠病毒核酸检测结果全国互认的通知》要求，即日起，本市调整“随申码”“场所码”“数字哨兵”核酸检测有效时间计算规则，以核酸检测出具报告时间为准。
