联合国报告：世界人口预计今年11月突破80亿

7月11日是世界人口日，联合国当天发布的《世界人口展望2022》报告显示，世界人口预计将于今年11月15日突破80亿。
据联合国的最新预测，世界人口将在2030年和2050年分别增长至约85亿和约97亿，到本世纪80年代达到约104亿的峰值，并在本世纪结束前维持这一水平。
The global population is projected to reach 8 billion on Nov 15, with India projected to surpass China as the most populous country in 2023, said the United Nations on Monday, which was also World Population Day.
"It is a reminder of our shared responsibility to care for our planet and a moment to reflect on where we still fall short of our commitments to one another," UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said.
The growth rate is at its slowest since 1950, having fallen under 1 percent in 2020, according to the World Population Prospects 2022.
报告说，许多国家的生育率近几十年来显著下降，世界人口增长率在2020年降至1%以下，为1950年以来首次。预计在2022年至2050年间，61个国家或地区的人口将减少1%或更多，在这一时期，超过一半的全球人口增长将集中在刚果（金）、埃及、埃塞俄比亚、印度、尼日利亚、巴基斯坦、菲律宾和坦桑尼亚这8个国家。
报告预测，全球65岁及以上年龄人口所占比例预计将从2022年的10%上升至2050年的16%。届时，预计全球65岁及以上老龄人口的数量将是5岁以下儿童数量的两倍多，并与12岁以下儿童数量大致相同。
报告说，全球人均预期寿命在2019年为72.8岁，比1990年提高近9岁，但该数据在2021年降至71.0岁，其主要原因为新冠疫情的影响。此外，2021年最不发达国家的人均预期寿命比全球平均水平少7岁。报告预计2050年全球人均预期寿命将达到约77.2岁。
国家卫生健康委员会12日发布的《2021年我国卫生健康事业发展统计公报》显示，我国居民人均预期寿命由2020年的77.93岁提高到2021年的78.2岁，孕产妇死亡率从16.9/10万下降到16.1/10万，婴儿死亡率从5.4‰下降到5.0‰。
The average life expectancy in China rose to 78.2 years in 2021, compared with 77.9 years in 2020, according to the Statistical Bulletin on Health Development in China 2021, released by the National Health Commission (NHC) on Tuesday. 
The maternal mortality rate decreased from 16.9/100,000 to 16.1/100,000, and the infant mortality rate decreased from 5.4‰ to 5.0‰, read the report.

人均预期寿命、孕产妇死亡率和婴儿死亡率是国际间衡量一个国家居民健康水平的重要指标。国家卫生健康委妇幼健康司司长宋莉说，2021年我国孕产妇、婴儿、5岁以下儿童死亡率均降至历史最低水平。
Average life expectancy, maternal mortality and infant mortality rates are important indicators to measure the general health of a country's population. China's mortality rate for maternal, infant and children under five in 2021 dropped to the lowest level in history, said Song Li, Deputy Director of the Department of Woman and Child Health Services of the NHC.
