2022年6月28日，神舟十三号航天员乘组翟志刚、王亚平、叶光富返回74天后，在北京航天城首次与媒体和公众正式见面。围绕大家关心的问题，他们分别介绍了情况，畅谈了感受。

The three astronauts of China's Shenzhou-13 crewed mission met the press and public on Tuesday, the first such appearance after returning to Earth in April.


Launched on Oct. 16, 2021, the Shenzhou-13 spaceship sent Zhai Zhigang, Wang Yaping and Ye Guangfu to China's space station core module Tianhe, where they lived for six months, setting a new duration record for Chinese astronauts staying in space. The three returned to Earth safely on April 16, 2022.


They have completed a series of innovative, ground-breaking scientific experiments and space applications in a state of well-being they describe as "feeling good."


航天员翟志刚分享了一个三人均遇到的“有趣的细节”，吸引了大家关注，他表示在太空生活，最费力、最难办的一件小事就是“剪脚趾甲”
。


翟志刚说：“第一，这脚收不回来，得扳着。第二，脚上的趾甲不能乱飞，得控制，剪一个逮一个，完了放到吸尘器里头。类似的生活小技巧，包括在天上睡眠采用什么样的姿势，怎么睡得又香又甜，都是有技巧的，每人都不一样。”


"Clearly they've got enough training for all the daily experiments and operations," Zhai said. Trivia such as how to clip toe nails and best positions for good sleep in space are more popular questions among the taikonauts.


"Clipping toe nails definitely looks easier than done. It's hard to keep feet close and keep all the nail clippings not floating around," Zhai said. "And we have different tricks to sleep better."


神舟十三号乘组返回之前，也为后续任务乘组做了许多准备工作。


翟志刚介绍说，“我们乘组在返回之前，跟神十四乘组进行了天地双向视频。我们利用手持摄像机采用直播的方式，对空间站上的工作生活以及做各类科学实验所有设施设备的位置和使用技巧仔细沟通和交流。同时，我们把天上不易操作的东西，使用过的工具放在了什么地方，都说得很清楚。落地返回以后，我们又跟十四乘组进行面对面交流了在天上6个月的生活经验、工作经验。”


翟志刚还表示，神舟十四号乘组在飞行之前已经做了全面的训练和准备，他们也有信心，也有能力完成好任务。“我更相信，他们一定会在中国空间站接好接力棒。”

2008年，翟志刚在神舟七号任务中首次出舱，一句“感觉良好”传遍网络。本次任务中，3名航天员也纷纷表示“感觉良好”，让他们收获了“感觉良好”乘组的称号。对此翟志刚澄清：“‘感觉良好’并不是我和我们乘组的专用，我们大队的每一位航天员都说过‘感觉良好’。”


翟志刚说，每一次“感觉良好”，背后都饱含着亿万国人对祖国航天事业的支持；每一次“感觉良好”，背后都凝聚着工程全线辛勤的付出；每一句“感觉良好”，背后都是祖国和人民的托举；每一次“感觉良好”，背后都是乘组之间的密切配合和个人的努力。“地上训练也好、天上飞行也好，能够保持这种‘感觉良好’的状态，是因为我国载人航天事业的发展。我们的‘感觉良好’一定会继续下去。”


Zhai Zhigang is the first Chinese astronaut to perform a spacewalk and has conducted more extravehicular activities than any other Chinese astronaut. He said that the state of "feeling good," both in space and during training, benefits from the development of the country's manned space endeavors.

王亚平是我国首位出舱女航天员，她说：“相对于神舟十号任务，这次任务让我有一种很穿越的感觉。


“在出舱的那一刻，我感觉像是打开了另外一个世界的门，飘出舱外，置身浩瀚宇宙、尽享天外之天。”王亚平说，“宇宙的美，震撼了我，宇宙的深邃，始料未及，而我们居住的蓝色星球悬居其间，平静、美丽而祥和，那是一种从未有过的体验和感觉。”

"I felt I opened a door to another space. I was truly touched deep inside when I floated to the outside of the module and flew in the vast space and enjoyed the light from there. I never expected the depth of it. And our blue planet is there showing the colors full of life. It's tranquility and beauty. I'd never experienced that before."

王亚平认为，这种穿越不仅来自于全新的舱外空间，也来自于飞行平台的全方位升级，来自于各项科技的全面革新，来自于飞行时间质的飞跃。在这180多天时间里，航天员乘组开展了大量科学实验、执行两次出舱任务、举办两次天宫课堂，也度过了元旦、春节，收获了快乐的太空休闲时光。住进名副其实的“中国天宫”，享有独立的卧室和先进的工作室，点点滴滴都让王亚平时刻体会着作为中国航天员的幸福和自豪。 


Wang Yaping is China's first female astronaut to conduct an extravehicular spacewalk and the country's first "space teacher," conveying information on space-related topics to young people. She expects young people to participate in the construction of China's space station.

叶光富第一次出征太空，便加入了我国首个在轨驻留6个月时间的乘组，可谓“出道即巅峰”。完成任务后仍然能够保持较好的身心状态，他自己也非常高兴。


叶光富说：“空间站任务以来，从神十二任务到现在，我们经历了三个乘组、两次交接棒的接续飞行。在未来，神十四乘组和神十五乘组还将在空间站进行在轨交接，可以说‘一人行速，众人行远’，空间站的阶段每一个乘组的飞行都不是独立的，每一组都会竭尽全力去完成好各自的飞行任务。作为一名中国航天员，我要一心为飞天，一生为飞天，不负伟大时代，不负美好青春。”

见面会上，航天员大队大队长、航天员系统副总指挥景海鹏介绍了航天员乘组返回后恢复情况及后续计划安排。据介绍，航天员乘组返回后相继完成了隔离恢复、疗养恢复阶段各项工作，已全面转入恢复观察阶段。目前航天员身心状态良好，各项医学检查结果正常，运动心肺功能基本恢复，肌肉力量、耐力以及骨密度得到了很好的恢复，达到了预期效果。在完成恢复期各项工作、进行恢复健康评估总结后，3名航天员将转入正常训练工作。

At the press conference held in Beijing, Jing Haipeng, head of the Astronaut Corps, described the Shenzhou-13 crew's recovery and follow-up plans.


According to Jing, the astronauts have completed the stages of quarantine and recuperation and switched to the observation stage. At present, they are in good physical and mental conditions with normal medical examination results.


The crew have basically restored their cardio functions, said Jing, adding that their muscle strength, endurance and bone density have been well recovered.


Jing said the three astronauts will resume their regular training after completing the health assessment.


The three astronauts said they are always ready to return to space again.
