Our client is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented event manager to manage the global scientific and industry conference series from pre-planning to event closure, recruiting, training, scheduling and supervising event personnel; Interact with key stakeholders to ensure activities run smoothly; And plan and execute corresponding social communication.

资历和经验
  • 3-4年公关、企业传播、公关代理或活动管理经验，包括大型活动/展会和社交媒体运营。有生物技术和生命科学行业工作经验者优先；
  • 社交媒体平台运营，内容制作，宣传等经验；
  • 精力充沛，善于与人沟通；
  • 优秀的组织能力和领导能力，以及对细节的高度关注；
  • 较强的口头和书面沟通能力。精通普通话和英语；
  • 具有优先处理任务和有效管理时间的能力；
  • 具备开发、实施和执行成功社交媒体活动的能力。
教育

Bilingual Events Manager
U.S. (Remote)
Responsibilities
  • Advance, plan, and supervise global events, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders in the life science industry; Develop the event calendar and budget;
  • Drive logistics for all events and teams, including disseminating, virtual & in-person meeting operation, guest lists, registration, venue preparation, presentation materials, contract negotiations, security, catering, entertainment, transportation, equipment, posters, decor, and other marketing materials;
  • Analyze challenges, identify alternative solutions, and project consequences of proposed actions and implement recommendations in support of organizational objectives;
  • Partner with product marketing and product strategy to develop themes, announcement, strategy, and content for events; Collaborate closely with digital marketing to ensure the creation of forms, landing pages, and microsites need to support events;
  • Build and enhance relationships with external media outlets, including news, business, and industry trade publications; Hands-on social media content development and management;
  • Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, early mornings, weekends & holidays as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 3-4 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, PR agencies, or event management, including large-scale events/tradeshows, and social media operations. Experience within the biotech and life science industry is highly preferred;
  • Experience in social media platform operation, content creation and promotion;
  • Energetic and good at interpersonal communication;
  • Excellent organizational skills with leadership and resilience, and possess superior attention to detail;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Bilingual in Mandarin and English is required;
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively;
  • Proven ability to develop, implement, and execute successful social media campaigns.
Education
A Bachelor's or graduate degree in Science, Communication, Marketing or Business.
