职位描述

We are looking for a student intern to fulfill an Administrative Intern position with learning Ovations, Inc. Student entrepreneurs looking for experience at a startup should apply for this paid internship. The position will be remote, but based out of Irvine, CA.

The person in this position will be responsible for transferring and uploading electronic data files, updating rosters and student lists, and troubleshooting errors or duplicates that arise. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail. You will report to the Vice President for Research and practice. Understanding of data confidentiality principles is compulsory.

The schools being served by our software and in-person support will rely on you for having accurate and updated data that are easily accessible through our platform.

Requirements

● Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred

● Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, Google Sheets & Docs)

● Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices

● Basic understanding of databases

● Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills

● Great attention to detail
