画师爆《古剑三》公司无故退稿不给钱 合同有霸王条款

国内知名画师Adling在微博爆料，《古剑奇谭 三》出品方：北京网元圣唐娱乐科技有限公司（以下简称：网元圣唐）在已经交稿的情况下无故退稿，并且合同内存在霸王条款，一分钱都没给，而他的画稿历经一个半月的心血。他希望各位画师能避坑，并吐槽：别看人家大业大的说不定啥时候就跑单了.....

据悉，Adling的画稿是《古剑奇谭 三》衍生作品的四张立绘和一张把4个人拼起来的海报，事先签了合同，前三稿都顺利沟通没有问题，但到最后一稿完稿时，网元圣唐那边突然就没人理他了，之后又被通知因为疫情项目推迟，让他等消息，这一等就是一个多月，但让他没想到的是，5月25号网元圣唐直接跟他说稿子不符合项目要求，要按照合同约定甲方无条件退稿且不付任何费用。

在画师Adling表达强烈不满后，《古剑奇谭 三》出品方 网元圣唐 和 制作组 上海烛龙 昨日表示，出现此状况是因为项目内部管理问题，会重新评估画稿，并向Adling本人郑重道歉。

今日，画师Adling表示，后续两边都有联系到他，并给出了解决问题的诚意，事情应该会告一段落了。Adling也提醒各位画师在接外包时一定要看清合同，维护好自己的合法权益。
