What this job involves:
  • Provide professional meeting room booking service within the Authority premises.
  • Report all incidents involving potential security breaches or suspicious activities immediately to the Security Manger.
  • Assist Post Facilities Manager in facilities management. Learn and use Corrigo System to manage the maintenance.
  • Provide other office support service, such as Building Management Office Liaison, notification of visitor list, application of air conditioning fee, bills payment application.
  • Carry out hospitality-related service where requested.
  • Cover switchboard receptionist to answer the telephone, take messages, greet visitors, collect & deliver mails, etc. if required.
  • Other administrative and  clerical job assigned by PFM.
Job requirements
  • Good command of oral and written English.
  • Excellent customer service sense and communication skills.
  • Be proactive, be patient, good team player.
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft office, including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Type of Positions: 
Full time, 08:30 – 17:30 Monday to Friday
