►►工作内容
• Take responsibility for the delivery of smaller projects or workstreams

• Structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them

• Synthesize complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations

• Engage in ongoing tracking and review of project health and performance, reporting progress and recommending changes

• Work effectively with diverse teams to come up with the best solution

• Communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior leaders, in a structured manner

• Actively contribute to the development of Group Internal Consultin
g
►职位要求
• University degree or equivalent education

• Ideally 4-6 years of work experience

• Prior experience in a management consulting firm preferred

• Experience in managing assignments in a project-based environment, liaising with internal clients throughout the entire project lifecycle

• Ability to break down and solve business problems through quantitative thinking and analysis

• Solid banking and product knowledge; expertise in Investment Banking, Asset or Wealth Management a plus

• Fluency in English, other languages a plus (Mandarin)
