On April 29, the Politburo signaled that China would make the most concerted efforts since 2018 to stabilize growth, with more visible support on infrastructure, housing and big tech. The meeting held a more supportive tone by vowing to roll out concrete measures to support the sector while wrapping up ongoing regulatory work, implying that regulations will enter a stable phase.
