Job Position：
Operational Specialist Full-time
   Yummy Future is a food robotics startup. We design and build robotic coffee shops.
   We’re  backed  by  investors  like 
Y Combinator, Soma Capital, and Asymmetry Ventures, have already signed many deals with food companies in a multi-trillion-dollar market, and are playing in an extremely constrained problem space and in a substantially less regulated industry than autonomous vehicles.
  As a new business, we are looking for highly energetic and innovative people with a go-getter attitude. This is a unique opportunity to work with a fast-paced start-up that is quickly expanding!
This role requires Fluent Chinese & Fluent English
ABOUT THE JOB
 Monitor day-to-day operations, while tracking and reporting on performance and recommending actionable improvements as necessary.
  Order supplies and manage inventory to ensure adequate stocking and adherence to budget limitations, coordinating with accounting and finance departments.
  Create procedures and protocols (such as checklists) and distribute to staff.
  Communication and coordination with staff (including the executive operations team) and vendors.
 Train and onboard new employees on operational protocols to ensure all staff members adhere to standard operating procedures (SOP’s).

●  Proven organizational skills, 
including time management
●    Project management experience
●    Strong problem-solving and 
analytical skills
● Self-sufficiency; the ability to work with minimal supervision
● Strong verbal and written 
communication skills
●   Attention to detail
Work schedule
●Full-Time position - 40 hours/week
●On-site work with the team
 (Champaign & Chicago)
●Fluent in Chinese and English.
