征文速览丨ICON研讨会、第八届犯罪学论坛等正在征稿

This ICON symposium is somewhat different in nature from previous symposia.  The aim is to collect and present a number of individual stories from the pandemic that help to illustrate some of its impacts on existing social inequalities and injustices. Our focus is on the various effects that the pandemic has had on the legal academy, and on scholars and scholarship. This includes the repercussions for parents and other caregivers (very often women) in academia of months without childcare or school, or with greatly reduced childcare and school. Academic journals in various fields have already pointed to the significantly reduced number of submissions by women (see e.g. here). A recent Editorial in ICON discusses the “unequal impact of the pandemic on scholars with care responsibilities” and asks what journals and others can do.

本次ICON研讨会在性质上与以往的研讨会有些不同。其目的是收集和介绍一些与疫情相关的个人故事，以反射出疫情可能对现有社会不平等和不公正（尤其是对法学界、学者与学术研究）的一些影响。

We are interested also in looking beyond academia, hearing about and examining through the lens of public law how the pandemic has affected social inequalities more broadly.

To that end, we invite abstracts for what should later become short think-pieces (Covid stories) of 3000-5000 words. We encourage authors not to limit themselves to the traditional format for scholarly papers but to share their personal reflections and experiences. In that sense, we want to hear your stories of the pandemic, and the various ways in which it impacted your life, including your academic work and scholarship. Our plan is to curate this symposium with a view to presenting a diversity of perspectives and experiences, meaning that the selection of contributions will depend not solely on conventional academic qualities but also on a range of other considerations.

来稿不限于与学术有关的疫情故事，包括其他可以公法视角观之的社会方面。为此，本研讨会诚邀作者提供主题文章（字数应在3000-5000字）的摘要。

另，作者不必局限于传统的学术论文格式，只要能体现与疫情有关的个人思考与经历即可。

In its previous iteration, the Journal featured articles covering a diverse array of themes ranging from international criminal and humanitarian law to trade law and state responsibility. It has now been rebranded as the CRIL Journal of International Law and Policy.

本刊所涉文章涵盖从国际刑法和人道主义法律到贸易法和国家责任等一系列不同的主题。

The theme of the journal includes any contemporary and pertinent development in the field of international law and policy. The scope of this journal includes, but is not limited to, fields such as Public International Law, Human Rights Law, Private International Law, International Trade Law, International Commercial Laws, International Criminal Law, and International Investment Laws.The authors are encouraged to write on, or take an inter-disciplinary approach to, any field(s) or law(s) related to international law and policy.

本刊欢迎任何与国际法及政治相关的真知灼见，主题包括但不限于：国际公法、人权法、国际私法、国际贸易法、国际商法、国际刑法和国际投资法。

The manuscripts may be submitted in the following manner (the below mentioned word limit is exclusive of the footnotes): Long Article: 5000 – 8000 words; Short Article: 3000 – 5000 words; Case Note / Case Study: 1500 – 3000words; Book reviews: 1000 – 2000 words.

All manuscripts submitted must be original and unpublished. Plagiarism of content as well as that of an idea would lead to a direct rejection of the manuscript. The author(s) of the manuscript bear the responsibility of authorities, facts, or views instated in the manuscript.

The Executive Board of CRIL may, at its sole discretion, allow for manuscripts which do not substantially deviate from the given word limits to be considered for publication.

征稿类别与字数限制如下：长篇文章应在5000-8000字以内；短篇文章应在3000 - 5000字以内；案例分析报告应在1500 - 3000字以内；书评应1000 - 2000字以内。

来稿允许至多两名作者合著，且需是原创且未发表的。作者需对稿件中的内容与事实负责。

近年来，随着网络犯罪和企业犯罪的外在形式和内在危害不断发生变化，网络犯罪与企业犯罪的危害与防控已成为当前社会治理理论和实践模式的新挑战。为保障我国社会的稳定和发展，亟需密切关注其犯罪类型变化和趋势并进行针对性的社会治理与防控研究。而进一步加强犯罪预防理论本土化研究和社会治理与防控的理论与模式的建构和检验，构建具有中国特色的犯罪治理与防控模式体系，正是本论坛坚持不渝的奋斗目标。

犯罪学论坛自2014年起已连续召开了七届以社会治理中的犯罪预防理论和防控实务为核心议题的研讨会，2021年将继续秉承本论坛宗旨，并拟定于2021年11月20日在上海召开以“中国犯罪治理模式的理论与实践”为主题的第八届犯罪学论坛。

提交的论文请围绕以下议题展开，亦可参照本次研讨会主旨自行命题。

为落实十九大以及“十四五”规划和2035年远景目标关于自然资源法治的新需求，深入探讨绿色发展理念下自然资源法治议题，拟于2021年10月29-31日召开第三届中国自然资源法治论坛。本届论坛由中国自然资源学会和辽宁大学联合主办，中国自然资源学会资源法学专业委员会和辽宁大学法学院联合承办，重庆大学法学院和辽宁大学环境资源与能源法研究中心等单位协办。本届论坛围绕“绿色发展理念下自然资源法治创新”进行研讨。论坛成果将以成果要报等形式通过中国自然资源学会报送国家相关部委。本届论坛采用线上与线下结合方式进行，视频论坛与现场同步。
