这里方案和口号的一个区别就是：可执行性

解决方案是可以被执行的一个具体措施，而口号只是一个方向，是无法被具体执行的。所以，我们再来看这两句话：

❌ 口号：我们需要保护环境（如何保护不知道，无法执行）

✅ 方案：我们需要把垃圾分类（有具体执行动作）

所以，同学们在写类似题目的时候，千万不要把解决方案写成假大空的口号了。
