【岗位名称】Chinese Junior Associate (dispute resolution)
【Requirements】
1. Chinese LL. B degree is essential, and (foreign) LL.M degree would be a plus;
2. admitted to the bar of PRC is preferred;
3. 1 to 3 years post qualification experience preferably in the areas of general corporate, mergers & acquisitions, foreign direct investment, intellectual property rights, and/or litigation etc.;
4. good Chinese law researcher;
5. outstanding (legal) writing skills in both Chinese and English, fluent spoken English;
6. a team player with excellent interpersonal skills in a multi-cultural working environment; 
7. good personal skills to communicate with foreign and Chinese prospect clients as well as Chinese government officials;
8. self motivated, open-minded, optimistic, and observant (with a sharp eye for details);
9. respond well under pressure.
Remuneration is negotiable and will be commensurate with your experience. On your application, please state your salary expectation.
