康洪文博士现任腾讯平台与内容事业群（PCG）高级总监，他在 Takeo Kanade 教授和 Martial Hebert 教授的指导下，获得了卡耐基梅隆大学人工智能专业博士学位。在毕业之后，他创立了自己的公司，旨在将最前沿的人工智能技术运用在电子商务和内容创作平台上。在成功建立最先进的线上视频创作平台之后，康洪文博士的公司于 2020 年被腾讯收购。现在，康洪文博士继续在公司负责多个产品线的运营、战略投资、以及公司合并，推动着在智能内容生成的进展。在本次会谈中，康洪文博士将会分享他创业的亲身经验，从创意的孵化，到进入市场和并购进大公司等。

Join the CMU Swartz Center for Entrepreneurship for a conversation with CMU alumnus Dr. Hongwen Kang, senior director at the Tencent Platform and Content Group (PCG). Dr. Kang graduated from Carnegie Mellon University under the supervision of professor Takeo Kanade and professor Martial Hebert. After graduation, Dr. Kang started his own company, which tries to apply the most advanced artificial intelligence technology to e-commerce and the content generation space. After building the most advanced online video generation platform, Zen. Video, Dr. Kang sold his company to Tencent in 2020. Now Dr. Kang is helping the company push forward its effort in intelligent content generation, in charge of multiple product lines, as well as strategic investments and mergers and acquisitions. In this talk, Dr. Kang will share his first-hand experience in how to build a company from the inception of an idea, go to market, and be acquired by a large company.
