Summary

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You'll identify partner teams' key challenges, provide/prototype solutions, and help solve using statistical analysis and tools
You'll decipher problems by identifying, and using, data sources, making reasonable assumptions, and then turn data into meaningful insights to help drive improvements for customers, for the business, and for our operations
You'll communicate insightful analyses findings and recommendations to support, influence and challenge business decisions to various levels of our leadership
You'll use of data visualization principles.
You'll apply basic probabilistic thinking to business problems.
You'll display good knowledge of our domain (i.e. travel, e-commerce), business objectives and critical reasoning skills.
You'll become a data specialist and the point of contact for data questions and insights
You'll turn data-based findings and insights into hypotheses for AB testing
You'll review engagement and conversion trends across the network, identify breaks in trends, underlying drivers, and share opportunities and threats
You'll develop self-service reporting for product and development teams, by collecting and integrating data from sources, including web analysis tools and internal databases

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Available to start on May 23rd or June 20th, 2022, for a 10-week program
Graduating in 2023 with a degree in a technical, or analytical-related, subject such as Computer Science, Marketing Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Economics
Demonstrated experience solving problems with data querying using SQL, statistics and modelling in classes, projects or prior work experience
Have skills in Tableau, R, Python are a bonus for data transformation, analysis and visualization

Summary

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You'll work with business partners to help identify and define product initiatives
You will help build business cases using competitive analysis, market and customer research, and loads of data
You'll craft a hypothesis for new features or enhancements
You will partner with our development teams to facilitate decision-making, propose alternative solutions, and help identify gaps in our product and our business
You'll collaborate with development teams through development cycle to ensure features meet the desired business goals
You'll partner directly with product owners to ensure stories are clearly defined and accurately communicated.
You'll iteratively answer ongoing questions when refining features and communicate product benefits to internal customers.
You'll engage with user research and experience design team to create mock-ups and prototypes.
Using online tools, you will analyze and report on product test results.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Available to start on May 23rd or June 20th, 2022, for a 10-week program
Graduating in 2023 with a degree in a technical (e.g. Computer Science, Math) or business-related subject with tech (Digital)
Effective communication skills and the ability to engage with a variety of partners (e.g., internal, external, technical, non-technical people)
Demonstrates knowledge of basic decision frameworks using the scientific method to understand a developed model
Shows a basic understanding of how to communicate decision-making rationale to team members using insights from customers, the business or competitors.

Multiple Tracks:

Core Development - Design, develop and launch Front End, Back End, and Full Stack solutions which impact critical business or e-commerce systems
Data Engineering - Design and develop, scalable cloud-native solution that are responsive, resilient. Enjoy the responsibility of owning products, with a focus on DevOps and robust automation
Machine Learning Engineering - Build ML systems focusing on software engineering principles like CD/CI and code stability and put these ML models into production.
Security Engineering - Build and maintain the vital enterprise tools and technology we need to meet our security and compliance needs
UX Engineering - Focus on dynamic user experience (UX) while also keeping performance at the forefront

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
