后台有朋友留言，希望我们做关于HPV感染的大数据分析。
我们几个在美国，对于HPV疫苗接种已经作为常规疫苗来接受，本无太多新奇感。不过，我们确实在5年前，就因为朋友咨询，而专门撰写了一篇“哪些人最急需打HPV疫苗”。
美国从2006年开始推行HPV疫苗接种，已经积累了很多数据，所以我们也特意把美国CDC最近2年关于HPV疫苗接种的一些文章查出来，同时分享给大家，从而让朋友们对HPV疫苗接种有更好的直观了解。具体见今天推送的第四篇推文。
不过因为HPV疫苗接种不仅仅对于预防、对于临床工作也非常重要，所以我们做了大数据分析。
本文通过对最近5年HPV领域SCI的大数据分析，找到HPV研究热点、热门期刊、最活跃的研究机构/研究人员，以及选题技巧。

时间和国家分布
全球已经在HPV领域发表了33,867篇Medline收录的文献，并在2005年之后快速增长。
美国恒祥咨询对其中的10,908篇进行了大数据分享，显示美国发表了4,364，占43%，远远领先于其他国家；中国、意大利、印度和巴西发表的论文数量分列第二到五位。

美国国立癌症研究所（美国）、中国医学科学院（中国）和德克萨斯大学（美国）分列全球发表HPV论文数量的大学前三名。

研究发表在哪些杂志？
可以看到最近5年，发表HPV相关研究最多的五个杂志是Vaccine, PLoS One, Hum Vaccin Immunother, Int J Cancer, Oral Oncol等期刊。
杂志后面附有影响因子，参考这个排名及影响因子，对于投稿有非常强的参考价值。

可以看到，HPV接种者是最重要的关注对象、其次是宫颈癌患者，而干预手段的关注点则主要是疫苗、筛查等。

可以看到，美国癌症协会的Saslow, Debbie和Fontham, Elizabeth TH发表的论文影响力最大。不过我们看了，其主要是在神刊CA上发表的流行病学研究，所以对于大家借鉴价值不大。
而美国佛罗里达州癌症免疫和感染研究中心的Giuliano, Anna R和美国MD Anderson的Gillison Maura L则有系列研究，所以我们下面会做重点介绍。

最近5年的高引用论文如下列表，这些论文主要是临床流行病学研究、预防效果研究和接种策略研究，对于系统了解HPV领域最近5年的研究有重要价值。

美国佛罗里达州癌症免疫和感染研究中心的Giuliano, Anna R在最近5年内发表了36篇高质量SCI论文，美国MD Anderson的Gillison Maura L则发表了13篇高质量SCI论文，其在选题方面对于从事HPV研究的学者有非常好的借鉴价值。
由于篇幅所限，我们仅列出佛罗里达州癌症免疫和感染研究中心的Giuliano, Anna R于2019年后发表的12篇论文。可以看到，他的研究主要集中在男性HPV感染和口咽部HPV检查率及口咽癌。
