1. Key Account Service Management Supervisor

Position Status: Full Time
Job Summary
The Key Account Service Management Supervisor builds and maintains relationships with key accounts of the region, develops sales strategies to improves customer satisfactions and develops service solutions.
Essential Functions
All essential duties are able to perform with or without reasonable accommodation to all individuals with or without disability.
- Build and maintain effective business relationship with key accounts of the region.
- Respond to daily inquiries from key accounts of the region to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Plan and develop sales strategies to ensure achievement of company goals.
- Identify and focus on business priorities and opportunities in key accounts.
- Handle complaints from key accounts and provide solution accordingly.
- Organize product repair training for technicians from key accounts.
- Work closely with teams in the headquarter to implement company policies and standard procedures.
- Process DOA sales returns and credits is needed;
- Manage local enterprise customer support team;
- Assist with special projects as needed;
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor degree in related field (Supply chain management, business administration, marketing etc.) required
Experience
- At least two years of experience in key account managements and sales required
- At least two years of experience in consumer electronics industry strongly preferred
Knowledge
- Knowledge about supply chain management strongly preferred;
- Experience of using CRM is strongly preferred
- Experience of leading a team is strongly preferred
Skills
- Ability to read, write and speak Mandarin Chinese fluently, native or bilingual proficiency preferred
- Ability to use Microsoft Power Point or other presentation software to deliver clear, and easy to understand presentations for the audience;
- Intermediate Microsoft office Excel skills required;
- Demonstrated experience in data and business analysis, ability to draw meaningful insights, conclusion, and provide solutions

Supervisory responsibility
This position will supervise a team of at least 4 members.

- The employee will be expected to sit in front of a computer to look at the computer screen.
- The position has sedentary lifting requirements. May occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
Environmental Conditions
The job operates in a professional office environment
LSA Compliance and Work hours
This is a fulltime position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, and can range anywhere between 7:00am to 7:00 pm. Occasional evening and weekend work maybe required as duties demand.
Travel
Up to 30% of travel is expected for this position
