Positions
1. Senior HR & Admin Manager/Associate Director
Work location: New York Office
Terms of Employment: Full-time
Description
  • Manage local recruiting, benefit program, training program, etc.
  • Manage company employee events and employee relationship.
  • Manage office software, hardware, portal, and related IT works.
  • Manage office and administrative functions ensuring smooth daily operation.
  • Coordinate with office building manager, insurance broker and other related office supporter provider. Provide support for site office.
  • Manage the company’s vehicle and travel plans.
  • Manage company HR & office budget, and cash flow projection.
  • Manage and ensure all policies and procedure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Complete standard management report as required.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Chinese reading and writing skills are preferred.
  • Exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Good communication skills. Ability to interact with all employees.
  • Strong work ethic and self-initiated.
