海外人才引进计划的宗旨通过吸引海外优秀的高级研究人员及有海外生产、品质经验的高级管理技术人员参与到此公司生物的研究项目，加强与国外科研机构、大学和企业研究人员的合作，充分利用国际科技资源，提升此公司的科研创新能力。

海外人才引进计划适用于正在或曾在国外著名国立科研机构、大学或企业工作、具有较深学术造诣或学术发展潜力、与此公司未来发展具有相同或相近研究方向、有意来此公司从事研究工作的优秀高级海外专业人士。

职位招聘

1. Institute of Life and Health

Qualification

a PhD degree in a related major, graduated from a famous university or scientific research institution;
have internal perspective; working experience in a well-known overseas company or scientific research institution is prefer.
capable to lead large teams and projects;
have outstanding personal performance as a leading talent in industry.

2. R&D Center

Qualification

a PhD degree in virology, immunology, biotechnology, pharmacy, medicine, or related major, graduated from a famous university or scientific research institution.
relevant work experience: at least five years of biomedicine R&D experience, including more than two years in relevant positions;
experience for independent research projects, and succeed in leading at least one biological drug project; successful experience in vaccine projects in well-known international companies or scientific research institute is better;
have a deep understanding and global view of the R&D of biological products or drugs;
familiar with relevant laws, regulations and development trends of biological products；
familiar with drug declaration and registration procedures, proficient in GxP managements；
good at R&D and industrial operation, highly innovative and enterprising;
proficient English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
strong leadership and coordination ability, R&D management ability, innovation consciousness, project management ability, communication ability, problem analyze and solving ability
age: 30~55 years old, the age range could be broaden for outstanding talent.

3. Production and Quality Department

Qualification

a PhD degree in pharmacy, medicine, biotechnology or related major, graduated from a
famous university or scientific research institution;
relevant work experience: have at least 6 years of experience in biomedical production or quality management, at least 3 years of relevant work experience in relevant positions, preferably in overseas famous enterprises or scientific research institutions;
have a deep understanding and global view of the production and quality management of biological products or drugs;
familiar with relevant laws, regulations and GMP managements;
ability: leadership, organization and coordination, project management, communication, problem analysis and resolution;
proficient English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
age: 30~55 years old, the age range could be broaden for outstanding talent.
