“Nomadland” director Chloe Zhao took home the trophy for Best Director ― Motion Picture at the Golden Globes on Sunday night, making history as the first woman of Asian descent to ever win the award.

Appearing virtually at the ceremony, Zhao, who also wrote and edited the film, thanked fellow nominees for making “beautiful, beautiful movies” before giving shoutouts to her “Nomadland” team.

赵婷喜获金球奖后，她的继母宋丹丹也发微博祝贺。

虽然赵婷在媒体的眼里还是免不了被贴上宋丹丹女儿这样的标签。但其实她早已经在国际影坛上占有了一席之地，比如她曾经执导的漫威电影《永恒族》就让她在好莱坞小火了一把。

此次获奖的电影《无依之地》改编自杰西卡·布鲁德2017年的纪实小说《荒原》。多家外媒报道，制作人彼得·斯皮尔斯在阅读过原著之后，点名要赵婷导演此片：

此前《无依之地》就已荣获第77届威尼斯电影节金狮奖，这次摘得金球奖自然在意料之中。

当时纽约电影节的官方推特上也表示了祝贺。（她是纽约大学电影学院的毕业生）

按照这个势头，在今年4月举行的奥斯卡颁奖礼，《无依之地》仍然是夺冠大热门。

该片由奥斯卡影后弗兰西斯·麦克多蒙德主演，讲述了一个失去了丈夫的女人在经济大衰退中甚至失去了工作、失去了家园。无家可依，迫不得已只能踏上一边打工一边流浪的现代游牧生活。

在这段艰苦漂泊的旅程中会有哪些奇遇呢？这里就不剧透了，大家到时候可以去影院观看。
