office assistant/front desk
to join our City of Industry Office in Los Angeles County.  

Job duties include but are not limited to:
  1. Assist attorneys in collecting, organizing, printing and scanning documents;
  2. Conduct basic legal research;
  3. Answer phone calls, client inquiries, and keep track of case status;
  4. Case file management and office administration;
  5. Schedule and arrange appointments for attorneys.
Minimum Requirements for office assistant/front desk:
  1. At least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law Degree is preferred but not required;
  2. Fluent in both English and Chinese;
  3. Have basic knowledge of US immigration law;
  4. Must be well-organized and detail-oriented, patient and responsive to clients, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic requirements:
  1. Excellent academic background, JD or LLM degree preferred;
  2. Bilingual proficiency and demonstrated strong writing ability in both English and Mandarin Chinese;
  3. Must be well-organized and detail-oriented, patient and responsive to clients, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
  1. Two-year full-time working experience in a US immigration law firm;
  2. Experience in handling a large number of EB1A, EB1B, EB1C, NIW, PERM, H1B, L1, O-1, TN and E2 cases;
  3. Any US State bar license or awaiting license.
