职位: 2020 Investment Banking Summer Associate
Associates will participate in an intensive comprehensive training program concentrating on corporate finance and accounting, which is taught in New York by outside professors and Lazard bankers. Associates will then become integral members of the Midwest Advisory Investment Banking Group, joining a small team, which provides financial advisory services with a focus on relationship management to the firm's clients.
The goal is for each Summer Associate to enjoy a uniquely tailored experience which includes accountability to a specific group as well as opportunities for building relationships and skills across other groups at the Firm. The focus of the Midwest Advisory is business development, relationship management and strategic client development with execution primarily handled by external industry groups of Lazard. Assignments are focused on enhancing relationships with clients by providing financial advice on a range of categories, including M&A, divestitures, general and strategic advisory, restructuring and capital markets.
职位要求：
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of prior work experience, preferably in financial services
  • Currently matriculated at a MBA or other graduate program and within one year of graduation
  • Top academic performer who is comfortable in an unstructured environment which values initiative, creativity, maturity, and poise
  • Strong quantitative background
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Team player
