赵立坚：中方一贯主张国际社会应该携手打击恐怖主义，但坚决反对美国以反恐为名对古巴进行政治打压和经济制裁。我们认为，美方应在平等和相互尊重的基础上同古巴发展正常国家关系，这才符合两国和两国人民的根本利益，也有利于维护拉美地区的和平与稳定。
