只注射一半剂量？美政府为加速新冠疫苗接种又出“奇招”

当地时间3日，路透社报道称，为加快疫苗接种速度，美国政府正在考虑给部分人注射一半剂量的莫德纳疫苗。

The US government is considering giving some people half the dose of Moderna's COVID-19 vaccine in order to speed vaccinations, a federal official said on Sunday.

路透社援引美国联邦疫苗计划“曲线行动”首席顾问蒙塞夫·斯拉维（Moncef Slaoui）的话称：政府官员正在与莫德纳公司以及美国食品和药物管理局就上述想法进行沟通。据悉，莫德纳疫苗需要对接种者进行两次注射。

斯拉维在接受哥伦比亚广播公司（CBS）采访时表示，给18-55岁之间的人注射一半剂量的疫苗，分两次注射，这意味着用现有的疫苗剂量实现接种人数增加一倍的目标。

"We know that for the Moderna vaccine, giving half of the dose to people between the ages of 18 and 55, two doses, half the dose, which means exactly achieving the objective of immunizing double the number of people with the doses we have," Slaoui said.

他认为，注射一半剂量与注射全部剂量可以达到同等的免疫反应。

"We know it induces identical immune response" to the full dose, he added.

据报道，斯拉维对疫苗接种继续加速保持乐观态度。他甚至拒绝官方的如下建议，即优先给更多人注射一剂疫苗而不是为第二次注射保留剂量。他表示，将莫德纳疫苗剂量减半是“一种基于事实和数据的更负责任的办法”。

Slaoui said he was optimistic vaccinations would continue to accelerate. He rejected the suggestion that officials should prioritize giving more people a single shot, rather than holding back doses for the second shot, saying that cutting Moderna vaccine doses in half was "a more responsible approach that would be based on facts and data."

路透社报道称，美国还批准了辉瑞疫苗，与莫德纳疫苗类似，都需要对接种者进行两次注射。即便如此，疫苗接种速度还是远远达不到最初设定的目标。此前，美国官员们希望在2020年底对2000万人进行疫苗接种。

The US has also approved a vaccine from Pfizer, which like Moderna’s requires two shots. Vaccinations have fallen far short of early targets, as officials had hoped to have 20 million people vaccinated by the end of the 2020.

此前，美国新闻网（US News）也在报道中称，距离12月结束仅剩下几天时间，特朗普政府看来无法实现其在年底之前为2000万美国人接种疫苗的目标。

With only a couple days left in December, the Trump administration looks likely to fall short of its goal to vaccinate 20 million Americans by the end of the year.

据美国疾病控制和预防中心（CDC）数据，截至当地时间2020年12月28日，全美只有超过210万剂疫苗接种量。该机构表示，已经向各州提供了1140万剂疫苗。

As of Monday, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recorded more than 2.1 million administered doses of vaccines. The agency said that 11.4 million total doses had been delivered to states.

此外，他再次承诺，将在自己就职后100天内提供1亿剂疫苗。

President-elect Joe Biden noted Tuesday that it would take years for all Americans to be vaccinated against COVID-19 at current distribution rates, as he again pledged to deliver 100 million vaccines within his first 100 days in the White House.
