陈律师是资深专业移民律师，擅长处理各类与工作、投资、专长相关的工作签证和移民签证。陈律师以及她的专业团队办理大量的H-1B工作签证，L-1跨国公司驻派员工签证，O-1杰出学者签证，E-2条约国际投资商人签证，以及各类身份转换等。她们团队也协助客户办理EB-1杰出人才，EB-2/3职业移民，PERM劳工证申请， NIW国家利益豁免，EB-5投资移民、婚姻家庭移民、调整身份等。陈律师已成功帮助众多跨国公司、初创公司及个人客户实现各类签证以及移民诉求。陈律师持有麻州和纽约州律师执照，并为美国移民律师协会会员。

Attorney Chen is an experienced immigration attorney at MT Law LLC, specializing in visa applications and immigration petitions related to employment, investment, and specialties. Attorney Chen and her team have extensive experience in non-immigrant visa applications including H-1B, L-1, O-1 and E-2 visas, immigration petitions including EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, EB-5, NIW, and PERM, as well as family-based immigration and visa status adjustments.
