第七讲:身体是一个宫殿
    上讲介绍了五脏是国家中的重要官员,那么它们也分别拥有自己的宫殿。人体与建筑皆反映了天地阴阳运行的规律,从故宫和北京城的布局可以看出中国古人天人合一的思想是无处不在的。
    故宫四个门与《易经》四个卦相对应、与人体四脏相吻合,另北京老城门有“内九外七皇城四”的说法,九门的方位、功能与脏腑一一对应。
    宫殿城池各个门之间通过道路相联通,身体气血运行的道路便是经络。经络的内在机制虽仍是谜,但确实是真实存在的。周老师详细讲解了十二经脉的名称、分布、循行与走向规律。
    目、舌、面部、寸口脉等为身体(宫殿)之窗,与脏腑相对应,这体现了古人思外揣内的大智慧。
   From the last lecture we have learned that the organs are important ministers of a country, and they all have their own palace. 
   A very interesting thinking pattern of the ancient Chinese is that they observe the rules in the outside world and make the analogy on the body where things are not seen.
   A palace has doors, windows, pathways and systems that serve different purposes, and so does the body.
    Let’s see how the body works as a palace.
