Summary
This position will be responsible for analytics across PayPal Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) by providing management with information for use in planning, controlling and improving operations and making strategic decisions. This role will partner with business stakeholders to understand strategy and build analytical solutions for various users across the organization. 
This role will be key in facilitating the recruiting team through defining metrics, understanding the levers that effect those metrics, and develop a framework for decision-making. You may be involved in other activities within the GTA Team to enhance best practices and reporting provided to external stakeholders. This position can be based in Phoenix, AZ, Austin, TX, or Los Angeles, CA.
Description
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders and management to create/develop operational dashboards and standard reporting.
  • Develop, interpret, and present a point of view and recommendation with respect to analytics/KPIs.

  • Translate full spectrum of analysis into insightful, actionable solutions & recommendations that drive continuous process improvement to initiatives.

  • Be a data champion by educating and fostering a data driven culture.

  • Create reports, analyze and audit data in order to communicate and ensure accuracy of key metrics to stakeholders in GTA and in the company.

  • Troubleshoot reporting issues, as well as streamlining and optimizing existing reporting.

  • Analyze data in order to identify areas of concern or best practices opportunities and partner with stakeholders to further assess, determine counter measures or establish new processes as needed.

  • Complete financial data analysis and create specialized reports.
