导师简介

卢旭博士分别于2012、2013、2017年于香港大学机械工程系取得本科、硕士、博士学位，2017年8月至2020年8月于美国耶鲁大学化学系进行博士后研究。目前已发表论文/专著章节24篇，美国临时专利一项，其中第一/通讯作者文章发表在Journal of the American Chemical Society（1篇）、Angewandte Chemie International Edition（2篇）、ACS Energy Letters（1篇）、Applied Energy（3篇）、Journal of Power Sources（1篇）、Renewable Energy（2篇）等国际著名期刊，共同作者文章发表在Nature、International Journal of Hydrogen Energy、Electrochimica Acta等，详情请见https://www.kaust.edu.sa/en/study/faculty/xu-lu及https://scholar.google.com/citations?user=L-lWjLIAAAAJ&hl=en。

卢旭博士与多所国际顶尖高校保持着长期紧密合作，包括耶鲁大学机械工程系、爱丁堡大学化学系、伦敦帝国理工学院机械工程系、拉夫堡大学化工系、宾夕法尼亚大学化学系、香港大学机械工程系等。

环境友好的长时低碳能源储存与转化是当今亟待突破的领域，对二氧化碳进行电化学还原产出碳氢燃料可以同时解决温室气体带来的不良影响和能源结构单一问题。基于工程设计与基础科学的交叉学科背景，卢旭博士长期致力于跨尺度的微流控器件制备、电极修饰和催化剂设计，将电化学二氧化碳还原以及长时储能技术向工业应用场景推进。其它研究领域包括氢气燃料电池、海水水解、原位流体/材料表征等。有意者请将简历（中英文皆可）和成绩单发送给[email protected]。请在简历中注明教育背景、GPA、研究经历、发表文章（如有）、导师联系方式（如有），以及其它你认为重要的信息。

硕士/博士要求

KAUST requires a minimum TOEFL score of 79 on the IBT (Internet Based Test) or 6.0 on the IELTS. Students from all related backgrounds such as mechanical engineering or chemical engineering are welcome to apply. Due to COVID-19, we are still accepting applications for Fall 2020.
N.B. A TOEFL or IELTS score is not required if the applicant received a degree from an accredited institution in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand. 博士后要求

Candidates need to hold an earned Ph.D. (or be near completion) in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering or other related fields. Successful candidates are expected to be self-motivated and have a good publication record. Good command of English is necessary. The position holders will perform interdisciplinary researches, explore new research directions, disseminate results through publications and international conferences, and help supervise Ph.D. and Master students.

实习生/访问学生要求

It is highly recommended that interns/visits should have sufficient length of stay (> 6 months) as it is very challenging to make significant achievements in short time. More information can be found at https://vsrp.kaust.edu.sa/.
