这一白皮书是真实记录中国抗疫艰辛历程的重要文献，约3.7万字，包括前言、正文和结束语。正文分为四个部分，分别是中国抗击疫情的艰辛历程、防控和救治两个战场协同作战、凝聚抗击疫情的强大力量、共同构建人类卫生健康共同体。

在新闻发布会上，科技部部长王志刚表示，中国疫苗如果完成了研制和临床试验，在可以应用时，会将其作为公共产品向全球提供。

China has been sharing its experience in the research and development of drugs for COVID-19 and its therapies with the world through various means, minister of science and technology said on Sunday.

王志刚表示，疫苗仍是当前战胜新冠肺炎病毒的根本之策。同时，疫苗研制是一个非常严谨、非常复杂的科学活动，难度非常大，周期也很长，因为它是科学研究，也具有很大的挑战性和不确定性。所以疫苗研制一定要把安全性、有效性以及可及性放在非常重要的位置。

“下一步，中国疫苗如果完成了研制和临床试验后，可以达到应用的时候，我们会认真落实中国国家主席习近平在第73届WHO大会上的承诺，把它作为公共产品向全球提供。” 王志刚说。
