PROPERTY MANAGER
Responsibilities
- Maintain property by contracting with maintenance services

- Establish fluent communication and good relationship with tenants

- Manage move-in / move-out flow including inspection, and deposit

- Operate Appfolio system to manage the customer data and other related issues

- Assist with all the leasing department's need such as negotiate with deals, terms and so on

- Maintain and manage utility accounts

- Prepare invoices and verify bills to vendors and tenants

- Upload latest property information on system

- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- 1+ years of property management or related experience
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail

- Capable of effectively handling multiple projects simultaneously

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report writing skills

- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

- Fluent in speaking Chinese is mandatory
LEASING CONSULTANT
Responsibilities
- Get Familiar with all the properties, participating in virtual house tour / activities

- Conduct Intermediate negotiation processes and related matters

- Determine clients’ needs and budget to propose guidance and solutions

- Prepare necessary paperwork and manage the check-in / check-out processes.

- Cooperate with vendors to solve maintenance issues

- Participate in the brainstorm and meetings to initiate consulting plan

- Expand and innovate promotion channels including online/offline advertisements

- Other duties as assigned.


Requirements
- 1+ years of leasing / sales / customer services or related experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Persuasive with marketing and sales skills

- Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices

- Proven working experience as leasing agent

- Proven track of successful sales record

- Fluent in speaking Chinese is mandatory
