Job Description
About the Opportunity. At Intuit, we believe that student hires are the next generation of tech entrepreneurs. Our internship program is focused on identifying these high-potential university students and equipping them with the tools they need to succeed. 
About the Team. Marketing & Customer Analytics team for Consumer Group Canada is responsible for providing analytical support for pre, during and post-tax season analytics. This small team of 5 individuals enables the entire Consumer Group team with data and analytics to help make key business decisions for Business planning, forecast, reporting and supporting various business initiatives that helps in achieving business goals.
What You’ll Do
  • Analytics plan tracking / implementation
  • Data verification / QA (Observe Point)
  • Provide analytical support for acquisition / retention
  • Help rollover annual analytics processes and document processes
  • Adhoc database and email pulls
  • Funnel performance reporting
  • Dashboard updates through Tableau
  • Adobe Analytics data pull for adhoc requests
  • Campaign tracking verification

Basic Qualifications

  • Available for an 8-month work term (September to April)
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving skillsStrong understanding of statistics, data visualization/ story telling
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel (vlookup, etc) and PowerPoint
  • Some knowledge of Google Analytics or Site Catalyst
  • Tableau knowledge would be an asset
2 phone interviews:

The first inveview was screening. Asked about regression models and your exposure to the same along with simple SQL. Second interview was more on business context and problem soloving skills. 
Face to face interviews: 
There are questions about SQL programming, Business context based on quesitons, a puzzle, explain one of the projects. 

Which tools are you using?
Customer experience success in call centers using big data tools.
