谢刚博士:面对疫情,“积极少年Mini 系列”公益微课

常规生活中的任何变化都会给人带来不同程度的焦虑,更何况把原有生活秩序完全打乱的新冠疫情。全国各地相继启动重大突发公共卫生事件一级响应后,居家隔离、开学推迟、口罩脱销、疾病恐慌等对成人的心理都是挑战,更何况心智还在成长中的学生们。
三月十六号下午,接到校区通知停课延期,我第一个问题就是:能为中学生们做点什么?
2019年秋季积极家庭训练营顺利完成三期,得到上千位家长鼓励后,我一直策划“积极少年训练营”,但苦于没时间录课。晚上祷告后决定,疫情当下,直接Zoom现场微课。
心理学60多年来的研究发现,幸福感与学业成绩和内驱力显著正相关。
积极情绪下,从四岁儿童到成人的思路都更开阔、更有创造性、学习效率更高、更宽容友好,并更受周围人的喜欢。
积极少年Mini 系列课以积极心理学为主要理论依据,帮助10-17岁青少年了解如何从PERMAS 6个维度(积极情绪-positive emotion、投入-engagement、关系-relationship、意义-meaning,成就-accomplishment,积极自我 – positive self)把积极心理学理论和方法运用到生活和学习中,促进身心健康,提升韧性和自控力,建设乐观积极的心态。

工作效率超高的天目教育群主把介绍发在群里,一个小时内100个名额报满。
三月十八号到四月四号,我有幸在webinar上用英文为北美停课的中学生和高中生连续提供了18节"积极少年"微课:面对10-17岁的北美少年,每课时15-20分钟讲解+15分钟Q&A,解答了很多青少年们生活和学习中关心和困惑的问题。(为保护学生隐私,答疑部分没有录。)每课后有作业,学生自觉完成。
世界上的事情分两类:我们能控制的 vs 我们无法控制的。和孩子们的积极之旅,在无法控制的大环境中,建设我们可控的心理素质!
四号下午系列微课结束,看到孩子们的感谢,非常感动和不舍。
其中一位学生课后发来邮件:
“Thank you so much for all your time and effort into these classes! I think they have helped me a lot. This approach of psychology class around half an hour a day, every day, I think is a very efficient and effective idea. A few topics have helped me or are most important to me are ABCDE model, grit, SMART goals, growth mindset, character strengths and virtues, self-efficacy, different ways to learn, the upside of stress, mindfulness, nonviolent communication, and the path to a meaningful life. The concepts I grasped most are the ones that you emphasized on that slide as well as later, talking about it again and again. I liked that questions were taken seriously and even brought up and explained to everyone the next day again. I also liked theassignments that were simple and take less than 5 minutes to do, e.g., mindful breathing, taking quizzes, and watching short videos. My mom thinks naming 3 things you are grateful for and proud of each day was very good. I also love that last quote about “Tough times don’t last but tough people do.” Next time you should show it every day. ”
公益微课,时间有限,但学生能有这么多收获,出乎我意料。
一起线上陪伴了居家隔离的头18天,很多孩子们反应会继续应用微课中讲解的概念和方法来提升情绪和家庭关系,积极应对难处,深感欣慰。
