布展方式：
照片以透明档案袋封存，背面各书一字，发出提问：“我们该如何和这个世界相处又该如何自处”。照片悬挂于视线高度，围合成圆，照片朝向圆内，文字向外。观众可走入圆中进行观看。
Exhibition arrangement:
The photos were sealed in a transparent archive and on the back of each photo a word is written, constitute a question: "how do we get along with the world and how do we get along with ourselves?" The photo is suspended at sight level and enclosed in a circle with the photo facing in and the text facing out. The audience can go into the circle to view the content.
疫情之中，生活还需继续。这一系列照片记载了我们居家与以往并没多少差别的生活，我们做着撕包装袋、打鸡蛋、剥蒜、消毒以及别的什么事情。生活似乎总是要摧毁一些东西，消除一些东西，生活中似乎总会体现一些有意识或无意识的侵略性。所有发生在疫情之中的“普普通通”的一切，都将成为史料而被封存。未来的人们反观这段七零八落的历史的时候，将会发现它自带的注解：我们该如何和这个世界相处，又该如何自处。
Despite the several side effects an epidemic may bring, life still needs to go on. This series of photos records our lives at home, as we tear open packages, beat eggs, peel garlic, disinfect and do other things. There seems to be some kind of conscious or unconscious aggression in life as we continuously destroy or get rid of things. Everything that is deemed "ordinary" during an epidemic will be preserved as historical records. When future generations look back at this patchwork of history, they will learn about how we got along with the world, and how we got along with ourselves.
艺术家：乌藤工作室
乌藤工作室，由薛楚金和张不悔于2017 年创立，是位于上海新场郊区农田边的艺术工作室，在空间装置、摄影、绘画上进行日常探索，这种探索立足于：诘问观念里固化的成见，专注分秒间变幻的微妙，撷取自然中沉淀的痕迹。
Ootown Studio is an art studio located in the district of Xinchang, Shanghai. The studio was established in 2017 by Kimolf and Crystal. Ootown’ s works include installations, photography and paintings. They focus on the following issues during their projects: questioning the unchangeable mind around prejudice, focusing on the subtle changes which occur every minute, and the abstract traces of precipitation in nature.

在新冠状病毒笼罩地球的时刻，中国自给自足实验室将《自制手工皂指南》上线。希望大家根据这些知识，进一步探索在各种情况下就地取材自己研习制作适合自己，保护家人的肥皂。这同时也是一件结合现成品的社会雕塑作品。
At a time when the new coronavirus is enveloping the earth, China's Self-sufficient Laboratory will launch the "Homemade Manual Soap Guide". I hope that everyone will further explore how to use local materials to make soap suitable for themselves and protect their families according to this knowledge. This is also a social sculpture combined with finished products.

Founder of "AnotherLand" and representative of the Global Ecological Community Network Asia Pacific Alliance (GEN) in China. In 2018, he was selected to join the Phoenix Network's 100-Person Youth Program, representing China in the final of the 2018 United Nations Earth Guardian Youth Award.

1.准备黑白纯色基本款T恤若干、纺织颜料、油性笔、辅助画具
2.招募参加者，人数视场地和活动组织方而定。原则上不低于20人。
3.告知参与者，此刻他们认为什么对其而言是最重要的，并将其绘制（书写）在纯色T恤上。不限于表达形式，拼贴、绘画、书写……任何可视化的表达。
4.等参与者基本完成T恤的绘制后，期望其自发交换。工作人员可对交换行为引导和提示，但不强制执行。交换是基于自发的原则下进行的，不排除不愿交换或无法交换者。
5.参与者分别穿上（或手持）T恤留影，并将照片贴于背景板上。作品完成
Description of works:
1. Prepare some basic T-shirts with black and white solid colors, textile pigments, oil pens and auxiliary painting tools
2. The number of participants to be recruited depends on the venue and the organizer of the event. In principle, not less than 20 people.
3. Inform participants what they think is most important to them at the moment, and draw (write) it on a solid color T-shirt. Not limited to forms of expression, collage, painting, writing ... any visual expression.
4. After participants have basically finished drawing T-shirts, expect them to exchange spontaneously. Staff can guide and prompt the exchange behavior, but not enforce it. Exchange is based on the principle of spontaneity and does not exclude those who are unwilling or unable to exchange.
5. Participants respectively put on (or hold) T-shirts to take photos and stick the photos on the background board. Completion of work .
设计者本着中立的原则，而不对结果进行干预和抱有预期。只是希望在活动过程中，人们能自发的展示如何定义“自我” 这一行为的观察。
在这里我们设计了一场关于价值意义和交换有关的实验。希望通过这个有趣的游戏，让参与者思考“自我”是如何被塑造和定义的，这一古老而又充满争议的问题。进而更能思考人际之间的互动原则和想象。
The design is based on the principle of neutrality and does not interfere with or predetermine the results. I hope during this process, people can spontaneously show how to define the behavior of "self".
Here we have designed an experiment on value meaning and exchange. I hope that through this interesting game, participants can think about how "self" is shaped and defined, which is an ancient and controversial issue. And then can think more about the interaction principle and imagination between people.
艺术家：顾奔驰
1979年出生于上海。作为活跃并擅长运用各种媒介的艺术家，他的作品包括：影像、数字拼贴、综合材料、空间装置等。艺术家通过专注于运用材料、色彩在空间内的延展变化创作出一系列令人惊奇的作品。色彩和结构在他如同数学模型般精确的控制下被营造出 富有张力同时极具秩序的美感。
Gu Beng Chi was born in Shanghai in 1979 using various methods through his creative process such as images, digital collages, composite materials, space devices, etc. Gu believes that artists can create a series of amazing works by focusing on experimenting and changing materials and colors. Under his precise control, colors and structures are created with tension and an orderly aesthetic feeling like a mathematical model.

安徽省淮北市饭店、娱乐场所关闭，只留部分超市和菜市场供应日常生活。本市有确诊病例，各小区都实行登记管理，凭条出入，两天一人。2月上旬，去超市途中记录街道和超市的一些情况。人民没有恐慌情绪，按照规定居家隔离，家中特定一人出门采购。全国、全省、全市、各社区，上下一条心，召必战，战必胜。
Hotels and entertainment venues in Huaibei City, Anhui Province were closed, leaving only some supermarkets and vegetable markets open to give a sense that life was still happening. The city’s confirmed cases have subjected all residential areas to the registration administration. A specific person in the family went out to purchase things for the household every two days. In early February, on my way to the supermarket, I recorded some information about the streets and supermarkets. The whole community, city, province, and country was united in their determination to fight and win the war of the epidemic.
