作者作为志愿者深入疫情区域内执勤，每天见到每一个家庭都在为打赢这场没有硝烟的战争而努力，特塑雕塑作品以致敬！
作品运用恩施傩元素（傩在古有祈福、驱疫之意）， 口罩是写实的，几乎与原物差不多大，身子很抽象，处理成几个方块，看起来有些不协调，显得夸张，这样心态也许就是所有大家庭面临疫情的心态感受吧，每一个人在大灾大难面前心态也是极其矛盾的！但每个人又都是坚强的！这件作品应该让人们永远记得这次疫情的惨痛的教训，记得人与自然的和谐共处。
As a volunteer, I went to the epidemic area to perform duties. Every day, I saw that every family was working hard to win this war without gunpowder. Special sculptures pay tribute to this!
This art work uses the elements of Enshi (the meaning of praying for blessing and extermination in ancient times). The masks are realistic, almost the same size as the original, the body is very abstract, and processed into several squares. The mentality may be the mentality of all large families facing the epidemic. Everyone's mentality in the face of a catastrophe is also extremely contradictory! But everyone is strong! This work should allow people to always remember the painful lessons of this epidemic, and remember that people and nature should live in harmony.Tribute once again to all the big families in the country.

作者生活在湖北省恩施苗族土家族自治州来凤县。虽说处于鄂西边缘，生态环境很好，由于近年来交通条件得到大力改善，也是这次疫情的重灾区。这里有很多志愿者在条件极其艰苦的条件下参与到抗击疫情一线。作者作为一名志愿者亲眼目睹这一幕幕发生，于是采用写实的手法记录了广大基层人民抗战疫情的场景，向他们致敬！
The hardest hit areas of the epidemic are also the places where traffic conditions have greatly improved this year. There are many volunteers involved in the front line of fighting against the epidemic under extremely difficult conditions. As a volunteer, the author and I witnessed this occurrence. As a result I used a realistic method to record the scene of the anti-war epidemic of the broad masses of people and pay tribute to them !

我在上海的公寓居家隔离，观看着新闻了解新冠状病毒事态的发展。带着面具的人开始出现频频出现在在本地和国际的网上，在我的脑海中浮现。在这种戏剧性的情况下，我开始变得焦虑和无能为力。我能做什么？作为艺术家我该怎么办？尽我所能表达自己的感受。绘图，绘图，绘图。我必须让我的创造精神带领我。因此，我让潜意识引导着我的想象力和双手。所有这些戴口罩的人使我们不知所措，但与此同时变得稀有而有价值。这是我的“假面舞会”系列的想法。我想创作一系列黑白数字插图来应对这些可怕的事件，表达我当时的感受。
I was imprisoned in an apartment in Shanghai, watching the news and absorbing the developments of the crisis that occurred. Images of masked people began to appear on local and international networks, eventually overwhelming my brain. In this dramatic situation, I started to become anxious and powerless.what can I do? What should I do as an artist? Do my best to express my feelings. Drawing, drawing, drawing. I must let my creative spirit lead me.So I let the subconscious guide my imagination and hands. The images of all these masks completely overwhelm us, but at the same time they become rare and valuable. This is the idea for my "Masquerade" series. I want to share my creativity in the form of a series of black and white digital illustrations in response to these terrible events and expression of my feelings at the time.

Theophile Signard is a French illustrator, graphic designer and creative director living in Shanghai. Initially from Paris where he built his career in advertisement, his job brought him to China over 12 years ago. He has since participated in many cross-disciplinary projects, producing distinctive work in various creative fields. His passion lies in illustration and comics, and he is currently the co-editor of Shaving in the Dark magazine, as well as an active contributor. A keen observer, his graphic stories and series of illustrations show a vision on the world in a unique way.

这组摄影作品记录了冠状病毒爆发期间的上海，照片摄于1月26日（星期日）至2月16日（星期日），中国各个省的感人病例总数超过75,000。政府建议人们都呆在室内，使得这座高达到2400万人的城市看上去空无一人。
A photography series that documents fear of the coronavirus in Shanghai. Photos were taken from Sunday, January 26 to Sunday, February 16 as cases reached every province in China and the total number of cases topped 75000. The government advised people to stay indoors, rendering the city of 24 million people empty.

在2020年疫情暴发期间，我对博斯的作品《人间乐园》又有了新的体悟。此作品借鉴了《人间乐园》中的一些形式与元素，骰子、乱码的符号、矛、梯子等形象并利用抽象的形式把它们重新组合。
During the outbreak of 2020, I gained a new understanding of Boss's work, "People's Paradise". This work draws on some of the forms and elements in Paradise on Earth, such as dice, garbled symbols, spears, ladders and other images, and recombines them with abstract forms.

These drawing were completed during the Corona Virus outbreak of 2020. They represent a happier time. I began them months ago and decided to finish them during the quiet time of Chinese New Year while my roommates were out of the house. Then, the Corona Virus outbreak, and the weeks long lockdown ensued. The drawings helped me keep my sanity stuck inside during a very difficult time. The images take on aheightened significance due their time in quarantine with me. It is almost as if I was trying to recapture and bring to life better moments in the past through the paper and paint.

我的《不补》系列想表达的是当事物出现裂痕斑驳时，不一定要修补，有时候它也很美，因为那是光照进来的地方 。它的材质是天然的石材，因为风化、残切等因素形成了纹路和疤痕 ，这些纹路让石材看起来有了灵魂 ，我只是补充的添加了油彩让它继续美好 ，感谢自然给与我们的恩惠。
现在疫情之中，我们就像蛰伏的冬虫，待它苏醒还可以看到山川海洋，雪雨虫鸣 把自然还给自然。
What I want to express in the "No Supplement" series is that when things are cracked and mottled, they don't have to be repaired, and sometimes they are beautiful because that's where the light moves. The material is natural stone, where lines and scars were formed because of weathering, chipping and other factors. These effects make the stones look soulful. I just added some oil paint to build upon the beauty that was already there. Thank you for your kindness.
Now in the epidemic, we are like dormant winter bugs. Snow, rain and insects will restore nature back to itself.
