#2 Product Internship
The Product Intern will gain first-hand experience working for an online art gallery and develop their skills in digital inventory management, enhance product pipelines for unique, one-of-a-kind artworks, and research new channels to grow the Uprise Art artist roster. This internship offers an accelerated introduction to art business, the New York startup world, and entrepreneurship.

Internship #1: Digital Communications Intern 
Status: 15-20 hrs/week
Compensation: $15/hr
Duration: April 1st 2020 - June 30th, 2020

Page, the premiere global professional association for senior corporate communication executives, is seeking a current or recent graduate of an undergraduate-level program to join the communications and marketing team for three months (with possibility for extension).
Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Senior Manager - Digital Marketing & Analytics to support communications and marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate and execute the day-to-day email marketing activities, primarily email ideation and production.
  • Support marketing data analytics efforts to optimize organizational marketing and communications strategies.
  • Support and implement a comprehensive social media strategy (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube) to increase engagement, reach, visibility and traffic.
Qualifications

#2 Member Engagement Intern (Starting April 1st) 
The Arthur W. Page Society is seeking a part-time intern (15-20 hrs/week) in its New York City office to assist the Member Engagement Department. The scope of this internship is to mainly support the Professional Development initiatives, which include the Page Up Annual Conference and the Future Leaders Experience. The ideal candidate will be a current undergraduate or graduate student (or recent graduate of a graduate-level program) in a relevant field of study.      
Responsibilities
  • Project manage various Page Up member engagement initiatives, such as webinars, member-moderated teleconferences, events;
  • Provide administrative support for the Future Leaders Experience Program, this may include scheduling calls and logistical coordination;
  • Maintain records for membership and the online member directory;

TASKS:
  • Manage all administrative matters from project bidding to project close-out, including:
  • Read and comprehend architectural drawings, and be able to convey all information to contractors and clients
  • Review shop drawings (produced by our Italian office), making sure all corresponds with the architectural intent, coordinating for OSE, site considerations, and logistics
  • Manage project finances
  • Create and send out invoices and AIA payment requisitions in a timely manner
  • Put together project bids and project schedules
  • Act as liaison with clients, vendors, contractors, and our Italy offices, and communicate clearly to persons of all different knowledge levels
  • Coordinate project shipping and delivery for on-site logistics, and develop a labeling strategy that corresponds with installation instructions
  • Oversee onsite installation of millwork, working closely with design team, GC/CM, subs, and ownership to provide quality control and make sure project schedule is met
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field (must be able to read architectural drawings)
  • Experience in project management
  • Knowledge of architectural concepts and systems
  • Superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD preferred
