近期，湖北省武汉市等多个地区发生新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情。国家卫健委高级别专家组于20日接受记者采访时表示，新型冠状病毒传染已确认存在人传人和医务人员感染。

国家卫健委高级别专家组组长、中国工程院院士、国家呼吸系统疾病临床研究专家钟南山表示：“在广东有2例肯定是人传人，因为他们没去过武汉。但是他的家人得病以后回来传染给了他。”
The latest evidence has proved that the new virus causing the pneumonia outbreak in Wuhan, Hubei province, can spread from human to human, said Zhong Nanshan, head of a high-level expert team organized on Monday by the National Health Commission.
"It has been confirmed that two people in Guangdong province were infected through human-to-human transmission," he said at a news conference on Monday.
The two patients had not been to Wuhan, where the outbreak started, but they became sick after their family members recently returned from the city, he said.
同时，钟南山在接受媒体采访时也证实了有医务人员感染。
In addition, some medical workers have also tested positive for the virus, which proves the infectiousness of the virus, said Zhong, who is also a member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and a prominent expert in respiratory diseases.
高级别专家组成员、中国疾病预防控制中心流行病学首席科学家曾光表示，目前疫情不断出现新情况，这是传染病流行早期的共同特点。现在采取措施，完全是可以逆转的。
Zeng Guang, chief epidemiologist at the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, said the outbreak is still at an early stage.
He said it is very likely that the outbreak can be contained through intensified efforts in the early stage, but coordinated prevention and control efforts nationwide are necessary.
"With proper public health measures, the trend of an increasing number of cases can be reversed," he added.
钟南山表示，预防和控制最有效的办法是早发现、早诊断，还有治疗、隔离，这是最有效的、最原始的办法。他预估，春节期间得病人数还会有增加。
钟南山还表示，有信心能控制新型冠状病毒，不会重复17年前的非典。“这次花了2周就定位了新型冠状病毒，再加上我们有很好的监控和隔离的制度，我不相信它会像17年前非典造成的社会影响以及经济的损害。”
The pneumonia outbreak in Wuhan, will not evolve into a massive outbreak similar in scale to the SARS outbreak 17 years ago, he said.
"We identified the new coronavirus just two weeks after the outbreak was reported, and we have very good virus monitoring and quarantine measures," Zhong said. "I believe the outbreak will not have the impact on society and the economy that SARS (severe acute respiratory syndrome) did 17 years ago."
钟南山院士回应民众最关注的问题
20日晚间，针对“新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情”有关防控情况，国家卫健委高级别专家组组长钟南山院士接受央视新闻采访，回应民众最为关注的几个问题。
▌新型冠状病毒肺炎跟SARS区别是什么？
钟南山：现在出现的新型冠状病毒，跟SARS不一样，也跟中东呼吸综合征不一样，是完全不同性质的一个病毒。新型冠状病毒的感染现在刚刚开始，同时正在爬坡，所以跟SARS那个时候相比传染性没有那么强，毒力也还没那么大。我觉得从疾病的严重性跟传播力来说，两者还是有差别的。
▌新型冠状病毒很可能来自野味
钟南山：此次疫情集中在武汉的两个区，这两个区都有比较大的海鲜市场。说是海鲜市场，这里相当多的不是海鲜，而是野味，初步经过流行病学分析，通过野生动物传染给人有比较大的可能。
▌新型冠状病毒存在人传人现象
钟南山：目前资料显示，它是肯定有人传人的。在武汉有这样的肯定证据，在广东有两个病人没去过武汉，但是家人去了武汉以后，染上了新型冠状病毒，所以现在可以肯定有人传人的现象。
▌如何防控疫情？
钟南山：关键的几条，一个就是预防，没有特殊的情况不要去武汉，这个是很重要的。如果有不舒服或者感冒，应该到当地的发热门诊去看，必要的时候进行排查。
不舒服的话是要戴口罩，戴口罩还是有用的，实际上并不一定非要戴N95。因为这些病毒不是单独的存在，它常常存在飞沫里。一般的外科口罩还是能够阻挡大部分的，戴口罩还是有用的。
▌对春运出行的民众来讲，有什么提示？
钟南山：你适不适合春运出行，自己都有发烧还去？在武汉就更是了。假如说真的有发烧，还要回家的话，监测到了以后应该依法依规要求他们不要出去，这是要提高级别，不是劝他不要出去。
首先我们自己出去要有一个适合出行的状况，你说有点发烧、有点不舒服，那还出去不合适。
比如说注意洗手、保持睡眠等等，我想没有什么特殊的。当然春运有这么一个过程，火车非常挤，现在已经生病了，而且很多人已经出去了，目前不见得有特殊的办法。现在各个点都在加强发热的监测。

国家卫健委发布1号公告

20日，国家卫健委发布1号公告，将新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎纳入《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》规定的乙类传染病，并采取甲类传染病的预防、控制措施。将新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎纳入《中华人民共和国国境卫生检疫法》规定的检疫传染病管理。
多地通报疫情最新进展
截至21日7点30分，我国境内累计确诊新型冠状病毒肺炎病例219例（武汉198例，北京5例，广东14例，上海2例）。
▌武汉新增1例死亡病例，15名医务人员感染
武汉市卫健委21日凌晨通报，2020年1月19日22时—1月19日24时，武汉市新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎病例死亡1例，无出院病例和新增病例。
死者陈某，男，89岁，2020年1月13日发病，1月18日因严重呼吸困难入院救治，1月19日23:39抢救无效死亡。患者有高血压、糖尿病、冠心病、频发室性早搏等基础疾病。
A fourth person has died from pneumonia in the central Chinese city of Wuhan following the outbreak of a new coronavirus, health authorities said on Tuesday.
The 89-year-old man developed symptoms on Jan. 13 and was admitted to hospital five days later after he experienced severe breathing difficulties, the Wuhan Municipal Health Commission said in a statement. He died on Jan. 19.
It said the patient also had underlying health diseases such as hypertension, diabetes and coronary heart disease.
武汉市卫生健康委21日凌晨通过健康武汉官微通报，武汉市共有15名医务人员确诊为新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎病例，另有1名为疑似病例。16例患者中，危重症1例，其余病情稳定，均已隔离治疗。
Wuhan health commission has just confirmed that 15 medical workers in the city were diagnosed with pneumonia caused by the novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV), plus one suspected case.
武汉市成立肺炎疫情防控指挥部
20日，武汉市成立新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控指挥部。记者从指挥部工作会议上获悉，武汉将采取更严格的举措，内防扩散、外防输出，防止疫情扩散蔓延，尽量减少或取消一切不必要的大型公众集会，严格控制医院感染，对重症患者“一人一方案”“一人一团队”，最大限度消除社会恐慌。
Wuhan in Central China's Hubei province, where the first case of novel corona virus infection was identified, has set up a prevention and control center to combat the pneumonia outbreak, the local Changjiang Daily reported on Tuesday.
