什么是I-360？

I-360表格，即美亚裔人、寡妇（或鳏夫）或特殊移民申请表
特殊移民包括哪些？Self-petitioning spouse or child of an abusive U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident;
  1. Self-petitioning parent of an abusive U.S. citizen; or 
  2.  A special immigrant. A special immigrant is defined as one of the following:
  3.  Religious Worker
  4.  Panama Canal Company Employee, Canal Zone Government Employee, U.S. Government in the Canal Zone Employee;
  5.  Physician;
  6.  International Organization or NATO-6 Employee or Family Member;
  7.  Juvenile Declared Dependent on a juvenile court;
  8.  U.S. armed forces member;
  9.  Afghan or Iraqi national who worked for or on behalf of the U.S. government as a translator;
  10.  Iraqi national who worked for or on behalf of the U.S. government in Iraq or
  11.  An Afghan national who worked for or on behalf of the U.S. government or the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) in Afghanistan.
  12. Broadcasters; or
  13. Other classifications not listed above may be eligible to use Form I-360. Please check www.uscis.gov/i-360 for updates.
