说起「老干妈」，在中国可谓无人不知，无人不晓；8块钱一瓶的辣酱，每天卖出130万瓶；一年用1.3万吨辣椒，1.7万吨大豆；销售额45亿，15年间产值更是增长了74倍。
但是，你有多久没有吃过“老干妈”了？
从业绩上看，近几年老干妈虽然依然卖得很火，但销量止步不前，甚至在2019年上半年业绩一度回落。
京东、淘宝等电商数据显示，近几年来“老干妈”的销售更是经历了断崖式下跌，远远不如从前了。
作为一代传奇，这到底发生了什么？

早在2015年，《商界》杂志前往“老干妈”所在地贵州进行采访，听得最多的一句话是：

老干妈现在不用贵州辣椒，用的全是河南辣椒，原因只有一个——河南辣椒便宜！

当地一名经销商也称：
贵州辣椒在全国辣椒中都是最好的，价格在12-13元/斤，而河南辣椒只要7元/斤。
曾经的老干妈，奉行“不集资、不上市、不贷款”的原则，靠着产品的质量，硬是打出自己的一片天。
但是老干妈之所以能够成为今天的老干妈，靠的不是「营销」和「砸钱」，而是过硬的「品质」。
如果真如记者所采访的那样，老干妈为了节约成本而更换原材料，那么也难怪老干妈的销量会大不如前。
很多人买辣酱，已经认准了“老干妈”的牌子，但如果品质不达标，“老干妈”的招牌又能坚持多久？
当你对这个世界放下警惕，就是你走向下坡路的开始。

一时的成功，并不意味着永远。你永远不知道，明天会发生什么事情。
逆水行舟，不进则退，对这个残酷的世界始终保持一种危机感，才是一个企业经久不衰的秘诀。
创业最怕的是什么？
是你有能力、有魄力在自己熟悉的领域能做出一番事业来，回头却猛然发现身边巨头林立，一切都不是自己以为的模样了。

早期杀毒软件这个行业其实是一个已经成型的市场，并且已经被老牌软件公司瑞星、江民、金山、卡巴斯基等瓜分完毕。
尤其是瑞星杀毒，那只小狮子一度是电脑的标配：在中国市场上蝉联10年第一，最高曾达到80%的市场份额。
当周鸿祎下定了决心做360安全卫士时，仅有查杀流氓软件这一功能。

所以周鸿祎找上金山和卡巴斯基，跟他们商量：“你让用户试用几个月的360，我们就在360上帮你放个广告位。我们是免费的安全小软件，专门查杀流氓软件，在我们安全软件上做广告，对你们的盈利有很大的帮助。
此时的360对于金山、卡巴斯基根本不构成威胁，他们也就答应了，在那段时间里，用户只要下载了360，就能在短时间内免费使用金山毒霸和卡巴斯基。万万没想到，2008年7月17日，周鸿祎推出了免费的360杀毒。
360杀毒横空出世的两周时间内，覆盖人数高达2680万，一下子以免费的优势超越了卡巴斯基的2300万升至第4位。
周鸿祎曾坦言：

传统的软件公司都没有看懂奇虎360为什么做安全卫士，所以给了奇虎360几年的时间去成长。


我们的竞争对手是完全不懂互联网的传统杀毒厂商，我们用互联网的思维跟传统杀毒厂商打，完全是降维攻击。

没有谁不喜欢舒适安逸的生活，但在这个快速变化的时代，舒适和安逸从来不是常态。

当其它收费软件还躺在过去的成功里洋洋得意的时候，360早已悄悄崛起，并打它们一个措手不及。
所以居安必须思危，当一个人失去了危机感，他就失去了改变的动力，很容易不思进取、固步自封，这样早晚都是要被淘汰的。

这个道理，不管是对声名赫赫的大企业还是对普普通通的我们来说，都是一样的。
除了开辟免费杀毒软件新纪元的周鸿祎，国民大品牌华为创始人任正非也是同路中人。
任正非从43岁开始被迫创业，却在不到30年的时间里，把公司从一个「倒卖交换机」的二道贩子做成「通信行业」全球第一，而这背后，不得不说的，是他一直信奉的“危机学”。
2001年，任正非写了一篇名为《华为的冬天》的文章，令人可敬的是，在华为2000年时，销售额达220亿元，利润以29亿元人民币位居全国电子百强首位的时候，任正非大谈危机和失败，确实发人深省。
他在这篇文章里写到：
十年来，我天天思考的都是失败，对成功视而不见，也没有什么荣誉感、自豪感，而是危机感。
连这些大企业家，依然对这个世界保持着高度的警觉性，不敢有丝毫懈怠，对于我们这些中小微企业，又有什么理由放松自我呢？
「柯达」，100多年历史的公司，说倒下就倒下；
「诺基亚」，曾占据市场70%份额的手机霸主，说破产就破产；
曾经名噪一时的「富贵鸟」也在前一段时间欠债42亿，说关门就关门了。
马云在2018年度浙商大会上说道：

公司在形势最好的时候、业绩最好的时候、利润最好的时候、士气最好的时候必须改革。

一定要在阳光灿烂的时候爬到屋顶上修屋顶，千万不要下雨、下暴雪的时候再跑到屋顶上修一修，你可能就摔死在屋顶上了。
因此，一个成功的企业永远要对未来保持一种危机感，老板要有改变的决心，要有强大的信念。

正如2009年的杀毒软件杀不死2019年的病毒，10年前的方法，也很难解决今天的问题。
没有成功的企业，只有时代的企业，尤其是在互联网高速发展的今天，传统企业想要基业长青，就必须找到赖以生存的法门，而利用互联式创新营销进行传统企业转型无疑是最佳选择！
