网友发布英国女孩溺亡照被举报，社交媒体却拒绝删除页面

麻木冷漠。

21岁的背包客阿米莉亚来自英国西萨塞克斯郡沃辛。利用间隔年的机会，她挑战单独出游，来到柬埔寨。没想到，10月23日晚上的一场海滩派对后，再也没有人见到她的踪影。

经过5天的搜寻，31日警方证实在泰国边界水域附近发现了她的尸体。但对于家人来说，更震惊的事情是，不少当地人把尸体照片发布到网上。其中最令人不适的照片是一只满是沙子的纹身手臂，由一个拥有190万粉丝的网红发到了Instagram上。该账户的介绍是：人类解剖器，分享的全部是尸体、斩首、内脏和流血等诡异照片。

斯人已去，却还被网红如此消费，这让任何人都难以接受。阿米莉亚的家人与网站多次交涉，要求他们删除这些照片。Instagram却以照片并未违反网站条款为由拒绝了。

经过五天的搜索后，失踪的背包客阿米莉亚·班布里奇在柬埔寨被发现死亡。而她的尸体照片居然被发布到Instagram上，这让她的家人惊恐万分。
Her bereft brother, Harry posted to Instagram begging followers to report the accounts who had shared the images on social media.

她的弟弟哈里在Instagram上发帖，恳求粉丝举报那个在社交媒体上发布照片的账户。
Shockingly, Facebook - who owns Instagram - initially said the sick images did NOT breach their rules and refused to remove them.

令人震惊的是，Instagram的母公司Facebook一开始表示，这些令人毛骨悚然的照片并没有违反他们的条款，因此拒绝删除。

然而，就在几天前，Instagram还承诺将打击有关自残和肢解的图片(self-harm and mutilation images)。

哈里十分愤怒，他说甚至连阿米莉亚十一岁的外甥都看到了那些令人不适的照片。但多次交涉，Instagram依然不为所动。无奈之下，他只有求助网友，请大家前去举报这个账户。

Deputy Labour leader Tom Watson MP said: "This is completely disgraceful from Instagram.
工党副领袖汤姆·沃森议员说：“Instagram太无耻了。”
"Amelia’s family should have their privacy and wishes respected. Instagram’s standards are clearly morally redundant if they don’t rule these posts in breach of guidelines."

最终，在重重压力之下，Instagram在昨晚删除了相关照片。在删除之前，那张照片已经有了上万次的点赞。

Facebook发布了一则不痛不痒的声明，先是对家人表示慰问，接着又说，“人们经常使用Facebook和Instagram来分享新闻故事，这可能会导致出现一些某些人感到不安的内容。”

不少网友对Facebook这种冷漠的态度表示难以接受。
