鄧兆祥是华尔街有35年投资经验的资深人士,他参与了当今全球资本市场的发展和转型。他曾为Salomon Brothers,Lehman Brothers,Prudential和Jefferies&Co等多家华尔街最大的投资银行从事全球证券和银行业务。如今,他是全球战略投资卡内基大厦集团的管理合伙人。向金融机构提供咨询服务,并为美国和中国的跨境投资者提供并购和房地产咨询服务。

Henry Tang is a 35 year investment banking veteran of Wall Street having participated in the global development and transformation of the capital markets that exists today. He has been engaged in global securities and banking activities for several of the largest Wall Street investment banks, including Salomon Brothers, Lehman Brothers, Prudential, and Jefferies & Co.  Today, he is the managing partner of Carnegie Towers Group, a global strategic investment advisory organization to financial institutions along with M&A and real estate advisory services to U.S. and China cross border investors.
After earning BS and MBA degrees from Columbia University, he entered the Wall Street investment industry as an economist with subsequent assignments in research analysis, portfolio strategy, corporate finance, sales, syndication, trading, securities corporate management and investment banking across different markets including the UK, Germany, France, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan and China.   Mr. Tang has had a long-standing commitment towards fostering conditions for the advancing Asian economies through public policy. He has been active as a governor, chairman and co-founder of the Committee of 100, a non-governmental public policy organization engaged in U.S.-China relations since 1989.  He spearheaded the Committee’s efforts to bring equity to the Dr. Wen Ho Lee case which resulted in the dropping of espionage charges against Dr. Lee.  Prior to this, he had an 18 year engagement as chairman, president and director of the Chinese American Planning Council, a New York public service agency that was a pioneer in improving the delivery of public services to the Asian and Chinese American communities. His commitment to diversity and opportunity development led to a Presidential appointment to the Federal Glass Ceiling Commission where he helped advance Asian participation in many levels of private and public sector management. In 1987, Mayor Edward Koch granted him the Ethnic New Yorker Award. He is the recipient of the Asian American Business Achievement Award, the Ellis Island Medal of Honor, the Bridge to Brotherhood Award and was recognized the Homecrest Man of the Year in 2007.  Mr. Tang served on the New York-Beijing Sister City Commission and was founder-director of the Asian Financial Society and the Chinese American Executive Forum. He has or currently serves on the advisory boards of the New York Metropolitan Museum of Art, the NY Philharmonic, the NY Historical Society, the Hopkins-Nanjing Center for Chinese Studies, the Yale China Association, trustee for the Committee on Economic Development (Washington based policy organization) and board member of the New York 2012 Olympic Committee.
Linda Ji (季学清)A partner at McDermott Will & Emery LLP 
Linda Ji is a partner at McDermott Will & Emery LLP . She has extensive experience representing domestic and international clients in connection with a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, with a specialty focus on cross-border deals. Linda represents clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies in various industries, including emerging and high technologies, life sciences, consumer products, manufacturing and health care real estate.
Linda develops strategies and practical solutions tailored to each client, taking into consideration their unique needs, laws and regulations of China, US and other jurisdictions, as well as tax treaties. Linda has represented multiple Chinese and US companies in their business operations and expansions in the US, including corporate structuring, new company formation, VC/PE financings, debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and post-IPO compliance, joint ventures, technology licensing, strategic collaborations, as well as corporate governance, equity compensation and equity incentive plans, and other operational matters. Linda also counsels China-based clients in connection with transactions involving US national security analysis and filings with the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS).
Additionally, Linda advises US and European companies on doing business in China, on matters such as formation of WFOEs and JVs, acquisitions, compliance, IP enforcement and profits repatriation. Prior to coming to the US, Linda worked at the Ministry of Commerce of PR China (MOFCOM) in Beijing.
Yun Fei Zhang (张云飞)PhD & Founding member of IP Dynamics Inc
张云飞先生, 美国波士顿大学物理学与天文学博士。作为亚信科技 (AsiaInfo) 的共同创始人,张云飞参与了中国互联网的设计及构架。主持了ChinaNET,UniNet 和CNCNet 三大全国骨干互联网的设计和建设。之后,张云飞先生在2000年创办了游龙网络科技公司并任董事长。在2000年至2006年间张云飞先生出任美国IP Dynamics公司首席技术官及董事。张云飞先生还曾兼任中科大信息科学特聘研究教授(未来网络实验室执行副主任)、上海市信息投资股份有限公司技术总监、邮电出版社《电信技术》顾问等职,并是国际互联网工程工作组(IETF)提案 RFC 1842的作者。
Dr. Yun Fei Zhang was a founding member of IP Dynamics Inc., a silicone valley startup, and served as the CTO and a Board Director of the company. Prior to IP Dynamics, Dr. Zhang was a co-founder of AsiaInfo Holdings Inc. While at AsiaInfo, Dr. Zhang was the Chief Architect for the first three largest national Internet backbone networks in China. Prior to AsiaInfo, Dr. Zhang worked at Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics on a NASA space explorer, responsible for its distributed data network subsystem.
Dr. Zhang was a Distinguished Visiting Professor at University of Science and Technology of China and served as the Executive Deputy Director of its Laboratory for Future Networks. Dr. Zhang was also a co-founder and Chairman of DragonFlow Networks Inc., CTO of Shanghai Information Investment Co., and a co-author of the Internet IETF RFC 1842.
Dr. Zhang holds a Ph.D. from Boston University and a Bachelor from University of Science and Technology of China.
Ethan Xu (徐亦迅)PhD
徐亦迅,赛诺菲制药公司转化研究部计算生物学总监。博士毕业于美国霍普金斯大学医学院,先后就职于五家生物制药公司。他曾在美国默克制药公司的系统毒理学组负责代谢组学和转录组学数据的整合,在代谢组学应用于小分子药物的安全性测试上取得了进展。之后曾在Infinity公司从事直接与抗癌药临床试验有关的生物信息学项目。2016年加入赛诺菲以来,一直专注于各类组学数据与遗传学数据的整合,对多个自身免疫病和罕见病新药研发项目做出了贡献。
Dr. Ethan Xu is currently Director of Bioinformatics at the Translational Sciences Unit of Sanofi Genzyme. Ethan obtained his Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Cellular and Molecular Biology from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. While working in the Systems Toxicology Group of Merck Research Laboratories, Ethan developed a new method to integrate metabolomics with transcriptomics data to build detailed models of drug-induced toxicity. At the biotech company Infinity Pharmaceuticals, Ethan built a cloud-based clinical NGS pipeline and data warehouse to support multiple oncology clinical trials and translational biomarker discovery. At Sanofi US, Ethan has been leading Translational Sciences’ data science efforts to integrate human genetics with multi-omics profiling for the therapeutic pipeline development in autoimmune diseases and rare diseases.
Billy Zhang (张自力)PhD
Billy Zhang博士目前为德满(青岛)智能信息能源设备有限公司董事长,2019年起任西安邮电大学的特聘教授。
张博士早先任职于美国财富500强公司,在通讯和电子信息领域的供应链管理、产品管理、销售管理、市场管理、企业管理等各部门担任重要职位,领导了全球采购、技术转化、产品开发、市场开拓及产品的全生命周期管理,亲身参与全球化过程。职业一直处于当时世界技术发展的最前沿,从卫星通讯和移动通讯以及卫星数字电视到数据存储和光通讯,并参与国际电讯联盟的光通讯标准制定。先后在Hughes N
